Die Vorgangsweise ist einfach ungeheuerlich und als Kunde bewerte ich die Firma KTM mit 0 Punkten oder unakzeptabel. I am very unhappy with the company's warranty service. I've been waiting for the warranty repair for a month. The procedure is simply outrageous and as a customer I rate the company KTM with 0 points or unacceptable.

Deutlich ist das KTM ihr Ruf mit diese Fernost Qualität nicht seriös nimmt. Schlimmer ist das ich mich Respektlos behandelt fühle. Man zahlt ein KTM aber bekommt ein Urol Krad. Nicht Empfelenswert :/ Unfortunately, Radsport Brucki and / or KTM do not provide a guarantee for side stands and luggage racks within 1 year. It is clear that KTM does not take its reputation seriously with this Far East quality. What's worse is that I feel disrespected. You pay for a KTM but get a Urol motorcycle. Not recommended: /

Nach Rückfrage wird man am Telefon nur ausgelacht. Ordered bikes are pushed back for more than 6 months without information. Far from customer orientation. After asking you are only laughed at on the phone.

Non sono soddisfatto di uno dei vostri concessionari perchè , mi sono stati montati pezzi di ricambio non comformi, su una bici da trekking a 9 velocità la catena per quelle da 8 (hg74 al posto di una hg 53 o 93), la bici era coperta da garanzia. Non solo dopo che ho avuto un incidente non mi ha sostituito il movimento centrale, mi ha lasciato andare in giro per un mese e mezzo col movimento centrale rotto con i pericoli che ne conseguono, nonostante il vostro bikepass dica che i vostri meccanici fanno un controllo minuzioso della bici, ma dove? Un' altra cosa spiegatemi perchè sulla mia bici, ci sono pedivelle da 170 mm e non 175 mm, come mi aspetterei ??? Volevo una bici da strada ma non l'ho comprata ktm, se potessi cancellerei la stella che vi ho dato allego foto !! I'm not satisfied with one of your dealers because, I was fitted with non-standard spare parts, on a 9-speed trekking bike the chain for those of 8 (hg74 instead of a hg 53 or 93), the bike was covered from warranty. Not only after I had an accident it didn't replace the central movement, it let me go around for a month and a half with the bottom bracket broken with the dangers that ensue, even though your bikepass says that your mechanics do a check meticulous about the bike, but where? Another thing to explain to me why on my bike, there are 170 mm and not 175 mm cranks, as I would expect ??? I wanted a road bike but I didn't buy ktm, if I could I would delete the star I gave you attached photo !!
n	nino Wurm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab mir kein KTM Fahrrad gekauft und erst danach erfahren das ihr mit dem Herrn Pierer nichts zu tun habt. Dachte immer KTM ist KTM und sponsort ÖVP Politik. Würde an eurer Stelle an eine Klage wegen Rufschädigung bei KTM Motor denken. Bin nämlich nicht der einzige der das dachte und sich kein KTM Fahrrad gekauft hat oder kaufen wird Didn't buy a KTM bike and only then found out that you had nothing to do with Mr. Pierer. Always thought KTM is KTM and sponsors ÖVP politics. If I were you, I would think of a complaint about damage to the reputation of KTM Motor. Because I'm not the only one who thought that and didn't buy or won't buy a KTM bike

A	Arturo Fernandez Barnes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E-bikes rubbish. It’s the third KTM ebike we have gone through. They sold them to us in Switzerland as heavy duty ebikes for the Swiss mountains. Well the first one worth about £3000 never worked. We spent an extra £400 for a fix that never worked. Managed to sell it for £250. The second one the motor has died and I haven’t even had an answer from KTM customer service. The third one a KTM machina sport in which the fork is blocking after 4 months. They asked if we use it or keep it outside. Well, it sleeps in a new shed and it’s a hybrid touring bike; we don’t go around our bedroom with it. It lives in England where it rains.
