Der mich auch persönlich abholte. War kompetent und nahm sich meines Problems an. Und versprach mir sich meines Problemes anzunehmen und sich darum zu kümmern. Fand mich gut aufgehoben und verstanden. Einzig kleine Anmerkung, es wäre ein Sitzplatz während des Gesprächs vielleicht überlegenswert wert. Was present as a tenant of a NHT apartment. With a concern. Was received very friendly and forwarded to the right place. He also personally picked me up. Was competent and took care of my problem. J	Jasmin Anbar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir als Eigentümer hatten im Februar eine Mängelliste, die wir nach dem Ausfüllen mit den bestehenden Mängeln innerhalb der Gewähleistungsfrist unterschrieben an die NHT geschickt hatten. Bis jetzt hat sich niemand gemeldet wegen den Türen. Heute bekomme ich ein email von NHT, dass wir mit unserer Unterschrift die Behebung aller Mängel bereits bestätigt haben. Im Anhang schickte man uns auch eine Kopie unserer Mängelliste, die im Nachhinein, also nachdem wir sie unterschrieben haben, von jemanden zusätzlich ergänzt worden ist. Die Hausverwaltung ändert sich auch ständig, man wird immer weitergeleitet bis dann sich jemand meldet, der sowieso keinen Plan hat. Sehr unverlässlich und inkompetent. Fail pur. As the owner, we had a list of defects in February, which we had signed and sent to the NHT within the warranty period after filling in with the existing defects. So far nobody has reported about the doors. Today I get an email from NHT that we have already confirmed that all deficiencies have been rectified with our signature. In the attachment, we were also sent a copy of our list of defects, which was supplemented by someone afterwards, i.e. after we had signed it. The property management is also constantly changing, you are always forwarded until someone contacts you who has no plan anyway. Very unreliable and incompetent. Fail pure.

Leider waren alle möbel bereits bestellt und bezahlt, weshalb ich den Mietvertrag unterschreiben musste. Eine Wohnung bei einem privaten Anbieter wäre mich gleich teuer gekommen. Emails are ignored, as are the calls, for my part, one star is way too many
C	Christoph M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als zahlender Mieter fühlt man sich leider schlichtweg nur in die Irre geführt um dies nett auszudrücken. Interne Kommunikation leider mehr als mangelhaft, da weiß die linke Hand nicht was die rechte macht. Machtspielchen von oben herab, aber bekanntlich fängt ja der Fisch am Kopf an zu stinken. Selten so etwas inkompetentes gesehen, immerhin werden diese Mitarbeiter von Mietern bezahlt, dementsprechend erwarte ich mir auch einen gewissen Umgang. Unfortunately, as a paying tenant, you just feel misled, to put it nicely. Internal communication unfortunately more than inadequate, as the left hand does not know what the right is doing. Power games from above, but as is well known, the fish starts to stink on the head. Wenn es rein um die HV gehen würde und um die Pflege der gesamten Anlage wären 5 Sterne fällig. The two stars in my review are purely due to the rent increase of a staggering 95% in 12 years. If it were all about the HV and the maintenance of the entire system, 5 stars would be due.
M	M. G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Bewertung der Vorposterin hat mich dazu veranlasst, über meine Erfahrung mit der Neuen Heimat zu berichten: Erschütternd, das wäre der wohl passende Begriff. Trotz Urin und Erbrochenem im Aufzug, beschmierten Haustüren, Unrat auf den Gemeinschaftsflächen, BIERFLASCHEN!! auf unserem Kinderzimmerfenster, randalierenden Nachbarn, mit einer Eisenstange auf den Lüftungsschacht einschlagende "Kinder", bedrohte Hausversorger, einem Vorfall mit einer geladenen Waffe... die Liste lässt sich noch weiterführen, hat es die Neue Heimat noch nicht für wichtig erachtet,mit den betroffenen Parteien ein Gespräch zu führen. Es wird nichts unternommen, Man hat den Eindruck, die Neue Heimat möchte diese Zustände einfach aussitzen. Die Erfahrungsberichte scheinen sich ja zu decken... D	Dapont Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man hat keine Chance, wenn man Probleme mit den Nachbarn hat hier eine Hilfe zu erhalten. Habe seit Jahren das gleiche Problem und mein Fazit ist, das nur denn Nicht Österreichern beigestanden wird. Die Nachtruhe wird nicht eingehalten und das täglich fängt der Lärm exakt kurz nach 22.00 Uhr an und dauert bis fast morgens an und untertags lärmen die Kinder stundenlang und die geistreiche Antwort von der neuen Heimat ist wie immer-das Haus ist eben hellhörig!!!! Gerade dann sollte man noch rücksichtsvoll sein oder hab ich da einen Denkfehler??? If you have problems with your neighbors, you have no chance of getting help here. I have had the same problem for years and my conclusion is that only Austrians are not helped. The night's rest is not kept and that every day the noise starts exactly shortly after 10 p.m. and lasts until almost the morning and during the day the children are noisy for hours and the witty answer from the new home is as always - the house is noisy !!!! Just then you should still be considerate or do I have a mistake in thinking ???
