G	Gabriel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Hauverwaltung der Alpenländischen ist der reinste Witz! Seit 2 Jahren funktioniert die Heizung bei uns nicht richtig. Die Hausverwaltung verweist mich auf den Vermieter und der Vermieter verweist mich auf die Hausverwaltung. Ich komm mir langsam vor wie bei Asterix & Obelix im Haus der Verrückten. Jetzt haben wir seit mehreren Monaten eine Baustelle bei der von 7:30 - 17:00 fast durchwegs mit Schlagbohrmaschinen gearbeitet wird. Keinerlei Vorinformation wurde ausgeschrieben bzw. Auskunft erteilt wie lange die Bauarbeiten von statten gehen werden. Und zur Krönung der massiven Inkompetenz der Mitarbeiter werden heute Kanalreinigungsarbeiten von 07:30- 17:00 durchgeführt, wobei man nicht mal das Klo benutzen darf!!! Info wurde erst gestern am Abend ausgeschrieben! Also nicht mal einen ganzen Tag vorher und das beste die Verwaltung ist nur 2 Hausnr. von uns entfernt!!! Dieser "gemeinnütze" Verein, nützt nur sich selber, damit sie in Lohn und Brot stehn. Gott sei Dank arbeite ich als Journalist und schreibe für die Kolumne "Mein Verein". Vll interessiert das die Mitarbeiter nicht, aber den Vorstand und die Investoren mit Sicherheit! The house administration of the Alpenländer is a joke! The heating has not been working properly for 2 years. The property manager refers me to the landlord and the landlord refers me to the property manager. I slowly feel like Asterix & Obelix in the House of Madmen. For several months now we have had a construction site where hammer drills are used almost from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No previous information was advertised or information about how long the construction work will take place. And to top off the massive incompetence of the employees, sewer cleaning work is carried out today from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Info was only advertised yesterday evening! So not even a whole day in advance and the best thing is the administration is only 2 house no. away from us !!! This "non-profit" association only benefits itself so that they stand in wages and bread. Thank god I work as a journalist and write for the column "My Association". The employees may not be interested in this, but the board of directors and the investors certainly!
