Pluspunkt ist der höfliche Umgang an Telefon und per E-Mail, bei diesem sollte es dann aber auch leider schon zu Ende sein. Little to no information (only after asking several times), long processing times, in summary not very professional. The plus point is the polite handling on the phone and by e-mail, but unfortunately this should be over by then.

Durchgestellt wird man nicht, zurückgerufen auch nicht. KEINE Betreuung, KEINE Beratung, gar nichts!! Es drängt sich der Gedanke auf, dass diese "Firma" nur aus 1 Sekretärin besteht, die bei unangenehmen Kunden nicht mehr abhebt. WARNUNG: Finger weg von diesem "Unternehmen"!! The most INCOMPETENT and DUBIOSEST company in Austria! Even in the event of a water pipe break, the responsible employees are not available for a month! You will not be put through, nor will you be called back. NO support, NO advice, nothing at all !! The thought arises that this "company" consists of only 1 secretary, who no longer answers unpleasant customers. WARNING: Stay away from this "company" !!

Michelle Gaullin ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite und kompetente Person. Ebenfalls setzt sie sich für jedes Anliegen sofort ein und ich hoffe sie bleibt so lange bei der Firma bis sie in Pension bin. Im großen und ganzen ist es ein super Unternehmen. :-) Great advice, good cooperation, very accommodating, friendly, fast and timely processing, competent company !! Michelle Gaullin is a very nice, helpful and competent person. She is also committed to every concern immediately and I hope she stays with the company until she retires. By and large, it's a great company. :-)

Diese Firma scheint nicht wirklich zu existieren oder hat keine Lust sich bei zahlenden Kunden bei Notfällen zu melden!!! Zuständige Mitarbeiter melden sich nicht und sind NIE erreichbar. Von diesem Unternehmen ABSTAND HALTEN. Sehr unseriös!!!! Despite more than 150 calls, dozens of emails NO REPORT, NO RECALL. This company doesn't really seem to exist or doesn't feel like reporting to paying customers in the event of an emergency !!! Responsible employees do not report and are NEVER reachable. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Very dubious !!!!

We recently had an owners' meeting (our first with DHS due to a change in management), it was super organized and really top-notch from a technical point of view.
