War mit meiner 4J Tochter einen Gehörschutz fürs Schwimmen anpassen, und Frau Regina (?) hat sich während der Anpassung auch noch mit meiner Tochter beschäftigt, damit sie die Wartezeit aushält. Bravo! Wollte ursprünglich víš a víš selbiges bei Hartlauer machen, bin froh dass ich mich für Neuroth entschieden habe! Excellent, especially child-friendly employees! Was with my 4J daughter to adjust a hearing protection for swimming, and Mrs. Regina (?) Has also worked during the adjustment with my daughter, so she can stand the wait. Bravo! Originally wanted to do the same with Hartlauer, I am glad that I chose Neuroth!

M	Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die BeraterInnen sind aus meiner Sicht extrem freundlich und kundenorientiert. Ich (62) fühlte mich dort das erste Mal excellent beraten und nicht als Verkaufsziel. Ich hatte vorher Kontakt zu 2 anderen großen Hörgerätevertriebsketten und beide (anderen Ketten) waren zunächst nur daran interessiert eine Verordnung von mir zu erhalten. Neuroth, insbesondere Fr. S. hat mich nach einem ersten Audiogramm ausführlich beraten. Binnen einiger Tage konnte ich (kostenfrei) eine Hörgerät testen. Insgesamt habe ich über einige Wochen 2 unterschiedliche Modelle getragen bis ich mich entschieden habe. Ich wurde ausführlich über die Unterschiede zwischen einfachen und höherpreisigen Modellen beraten. Die ärztliche Verordnung war erst gegen Ende ein Thema - alle Tests waren klar und schriftlich festgehalten kostenfrei. Auch nach dem Kauf erfolgten (und erfolgen) kostenfrei Anpassungen. Insgesamt ist das von mir als Kunde gefühlte Klima auch im Berater-Team excellent. Zusammenarbeit bei technischen Fragen (ich nutze auch spezielle Funktionen des Geräts) ist gelebte Praxis. Auf meine Fragen wurde immer bis ins kleinste Detail eingegangen. Zusätzlich habe ich NICHT den Eindruck, dass hier der Preis bzw. Umsatz eine primäre Rolle spielt. Ich glaube eher, dass die Kundenzufriedenheit oberste Priorität hat. So wurde mir von einem (noch) höherwertigen Gerät eher abgeraten, da mein Modell ausreichend Einstellmöglichkeiten für die Zukunft hat. Auch wurde meinem Vater (über 70) nach einem Audiogramm von einem Hörgerät eher abgeraten, da er noch zu gut hört als dass ein Gerät (auch kein aufzahlpflichtiges Modell) eine deutlich merkbare Verbesserung brächte. Bei einem meiner Besuche konnte ich auch die selbe freundliche und nette Betreuung bei einer älteren Dame beobachten die offensichtlich ein Problem mit ihrem (allem Anschein nach) Krankenkassenmodell hatte. Insgesamt kann ich diese Filiale nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen. In my view, the consultants are extremely friendly and customer-oriented. I (62) felt excellent advice for the first time and not as a sales target. I had previously been in contact with 2 other large hearing aid distribution chains and both (other chains) were initially only interested in receiving a prescription from me. Neuroth, especially Fr. S., gave me detailed advice after an initial audiogram. Within a few days I was able to test a hearing aid (free of charge). Overall, I wore 2 different models over a few weeks until I decided. I was given detailed advice on the differences between simple and higher-priced models. The medical prescription was only an issue towards the end - all tests were clear and written down free of charge. Even after the purchase, adjustments were made (and still are) free of charge. Overall, the climate I feel as a customer is excellent in the team of consultants. Cooperation on technical questions (I also use special functions of the device) is standard practice. My questions were always dealt with down to the smallest detail. In addition, I do NOT have the impression that price or sales play a primary role here. I rather believe that customer satisfaction is a top priority. So I was advised against a (still) higher-quality device, because my model has enough setting options for the future. My father (over 70) was also discouraged from hearing aids after an audiogram, because he still hears too well than that a device (also not a model that requires a surcharge) would bring a noticeable improvement. During one of my visits, I was able to observe the same kind and friendly care from an older lady who obviously had a problem with her (apparently) health insurance model. Overall, I can only fully recommend this branch.
