S	Sena Junu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde nicht mal einen Stern geben, das Service ist richtig schlecht sie machen Ihre Arbeit nie vollständig fertig und sind SEHR unfreundlich und es gibt überhaupt keine Hilfe von Ihnen. Alles was man anfragt wird als sehr nervig beantwortet, besonders die Damen. Ein katastrophaler service! I wouldn't even give it a star, the service is really bad they never completely get your job done and are VERY rude and there is no help from you at all. Everything you ask is answered as very annoying, especially the ladies. A disastrous service!

Der kleinere Laden, direkt am Reumannplatz, (ist nur Co-Partner von Telecom) ist jedoch an Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten!! Kein Vergleich zum großen Telecom Laden, ein paar hundert Meter weiter. Die kleine, schlanke, dunkelhaarige Verkäuferin, ist arrogant und komplementierte heute einige Kunden unfreundlich hinaus. Mimisch kalt, arrogant und zu keinem Lächeln fähig. Ihr verbaler Ausdruck ist überheblich, sie hört einem nicht zu, ist aggressiv, wenn man nachfragt. Macht scheint ihre Motivation zu sein. Ich frage mich, warum die Telecom derartig unfähige Leute beschäftigt? Da gehen die Kunden doch sicher zur Konkurrenz. Dafür steht doch die Telekom nicht?? Die Dame hat keinerlei Verständnis für die Anliegen der Kunden. Inkompetenz in Person. Ich musste mehrmals!! wegen einer Angelegenheit in das Geschäft, wegen dem internen Fehler der Telekom. Keine Entschuldigung von ihr, einfach nichts!!!! Werde einen, sobald als möglich, anderen Anbieter wählen..hatte nur Ärger und sehr schlechte Beratung. Fehler von Seiten der Telecom, leere Versprechungen und diese unglaublich!! unfreundliche Verkäuferin, Sie verweist immer an den größeren Telecom Laden im Umkreis, zu dem man gehen solle. Diese Mitarbeiterin ist nicht die Chefin, wie sie sagte.(und wird es hoffentlich auch nie..) Sie verabschiedete sich unglaublich !! schnippisch von den Kunden vor mir und auch von mir, was einem Rauswurf glich. Andere Kunden kamen währenddessen herein, hörten zu und gingen wieder... So vergrault man Kunden!! I had Telecom in Germany in very good condition!!! Reminder. The smaller shop, right on Reumannplatz, (is only a co-partner of Telecom) cannot be beaten when it comes to unfriendliness!! No comparison to the big Telecom store a few hundred meters away. The small, slim, dark-haired saleswoman is arrogant and unfriendly complimented some customers today. Facially cold, arrogant and unable to smile. Her verbal expression is arrogant, she doesn't listen to you, and is aggressive if you ask questions. Her motivation seems to be power. I wonder why does Telecom employ such incompetent people? Customers are sure to go to the competition. That's not what Telekom stands for? The lady has no understanding for the concerns of the customers. incompetence personified. I had to several times!! because of an issue in the shop, because of the internal error of Telekom. No apologies from her, just nothing!!!! Will choose another provider as soon as possible.. only had trouble and very bad advice. Mistakes on the part of Telecom, empty promises and these amazing!! unfriendly saleswoman, She always points to the larger telecom store in the area to go to. This employee is not the boss like she said.(And hopefully never will be..) She said an incredible goodbye!! snippy from the customers in front of me and also from me, which was like being thrown out. Other customers came in meanwhile, listened and left... That's how you piss off customers!
T	Thomas wernig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sehr zuvorkommend! die dame hat mich sehr gut beraten und alles zu meiner zufriedenheit erledigt! ein großes lob und dankeschön! dieser kleine shop ist tausend mal besser, als der große magenta shop ein paar hundert meter weiter! dort sind die mitarbeiter lieber mit smartphone’s diese anscheinend als spiegel benutzen um ihre frisuren zu stylen! very obliging! The lady gave me very good advice and did everything to my satisfaction! a big compliment and thank you! this little shop is a thousand times better than the big magenta shop a few hundred meters away! the employees there prefer to use their smartphones as mirrors to style their hairstyles!

S	Sophia Kovalets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service and worst provider in the world!!! Came here today hoping to fix the issue with why my EU roaming which was not working. But got only bigger issue. So one of the workers did something in their system and told me that "from now the EU roaming should work". Right after that, my internet stopped working entirely, even in Austria!!! I asked them to fix it. They said they can't fix it and that I should go to the nearby shop. Okay I went to another shop, and the guys in that shop said that they don't know what to do either!!! Then they told me that they sent a request to their technical support and "it will maybe work tomorrow"!!!! And now I am with no data despite paying money for that!
