Ist vielleicht in dem Fall nicht der Service den man sich erwartet. Hearing aids are sometimes configured incorrectly. For a new setting of the device, approx. € 70 will be charged again. In that case, maybe not the service you would expect.

Zuerst wurde ich von einer sehr netten Dame bei dem Augenoptiker Hahn die von Hartlauer kam versorgt und nach 3 Jahren ging sie in Pension und ihre Nachfolge liess auf sich warten, da sie ein neues Geschäft bauten. Nun bin ich seit es den Neuroth in Bad Ischl gibt eine dankbare und sehr zufriedene Kundin, wobei ich insbesondere die Frau Katharina hervorheben möchte mit ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung die aber schon seit ein pasr Jahren sehr Tatkräftig von einem jungen Herrn unterstützt wird dessen Namen ich mir leider nicht merken konnte. Ingesamt kann man das gesamte Team nur loben , die gerade in diesen Zeiten eine schwierige Aufgabe zu erledigen haben. Einen Aufruf an unsere lieben Mitmenschen die noch gut hören können möchte ich noch starten : Bitte denken sie an die vielen Menschen denen man es vielleicht nicht ansieht, aber die jetzt durch das Maskentragen ?doppelt eingeschränkt sind : sie verstehen die Anderen noch schlechter durch die Maske und das Lippenlesen fällt auch flach ! Nehmen Sie sich bitte Zeit langsam und laut zu sprechen, damit Alle sie verstehen ! Danke !??♥️ I have been wearing hearing aids since 1996 due to two hearing losses and an inherited inner ear condition. First I was looked after by a very nice lady at the optician Hahn who came from Hartlauer and after 3 years she retired and her successor was a long time coming because they built a new business. Since the Neuroth in Bad Ischl has existed, I have been a grateful and very satisfied customer, and I would particularly like to highlight Ms. Katharina with her many years of experience, but who has been very energetically supported by a young man whose name I unfortunately have for a few years couldn't notice. All in all, one can only praise the entire team, which has a difficult task to complete at these times. I would like to start a call to our dear fellow human beings who can still hear well: Please think of the many people who may not be seen, but who are now doubly restricted by wearing a mask: they understand the others even worse through the mask and lip reading falls flat too! Please take the time to speak slowly and loudly so that everyone will understand! Thank you! ?? ♥ ️
