Letztes Jahr habe ich ein Gerät zur Überprüfung vorbeigebracht und musste bei Wind und Wetter im Freien warten, bis das Gerät geputzt und überprüft wurde, obwohl weit und breit kein weiterer Kunder anzutreffen war. Das Personal ist auch alles andere als freundlich! Wenn man ein Hörgerät bestellen möchte, muss man zu aller erst den Datenschutz und anderes Zeugs unterschreiben ehe man überhaupt bezüglich eines Hörgerätes beraten wird, bzw. bevor man sich überhaupt entschieden hat, ob man ein neues Hörgerät haben möchte oder nicht! Es wird einem nichts gezeigt, es heißt nur es gibt das und das? Gezeigt wird einem nichts und wenn dann nur ein Bild. There is only room for one customer in this branch, the rest have to wait outside. Last year I brought a device over to be checked and had to wait outdoors in wind and weather until the device was cleaned and checked, although there were no other customers to be found anywhere. The staff is anything but friendly! If you want to order a hearing aid, you first have to sign the data protection and other stuff before you are even advised about a hearing aid, or before you have even decided whether you want a new hearing aid or not! Nothing is shown to you, it just means there is this and that? Nothing is shown to you, and if so, only a picture.
