Von den 3 Mitarbeitern war die einzige die gearbeitet hat diejenige die die Weihnachtsauslage Dekoriert hat dabei war ich die einzige Kundschaft. Wer professionelle Beratung sucht ist hier fehl am Platz. Gott sei Dank gibt es alternativen in der Nähe damit diese Filliale nicht lange Platz in Villach verschwenden muss. This is a branch of employees of the worst kind, wanted to inquire me as a layman for hearing protection and was only stupidly addressed instead of receiving information. Of the 3 staff, the only one who worked was the one who decorated the Christmas display while I was the only clientele. Anyone looking for professional advice is out of place here. Thankfully, there are alternatives nearby so this branch does not have to waste much time in Villach.

Zum Glück hat aber die sehr nette Mitarbeiterin bei Neuroth in Villach sich heute der Störung sofort angenommen, die Ursache schnell festgestellt und auch gleich behoben! Dafür meinen herzlichen Dank, das war großartig!!! Had expected to have to go without hearing aids for a few days because of a repair. Fortunately, the very nice employee at Neuroth in Villach took care of the problem immediately, quickly determined the cause and rectified it immediately! Thank you very much for that, that was great!

As l don't speak so good German, when l ask her(Monica), to explain in English for some German words. She replied that she could not speak English. Is that so for a professional hearing aids company to do so?? I wonder....
