A	Alexander Dalinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie schon öfter war das Fachgeschäft Neunteufel "die letzte Rettung" für ein Ersatzteil, das es sonst nirgends (mehr) gibt. Das spezielle Ersatzteil gab´s zwar bei Neunteufel auch nicht, aber es gab - noch besser - eine einfache Lösung! Ein bisschen Draht + eine Anleitung, wie ich die Feder selber bauen kann. Und ob meiner Verzweifelung bekam ich das kleine Stück Draht auch noch geschenkt (statt des Kaufs der ganzen Rolle Draht) - und das samt guter Beratung und einem Lächeln. Da kommt man auch gerne wieder, auch wenn man mal was größeres braucht. Besten Dank! As has often been the case, the Neunteufel specialty shop was the "last resort" for a spare part that is not available anywhere else. The special spare part wasn't available from Neunteufel either, but - even better - there was a simple solution! A bit of wire + instructions on how to build the spring myself. And because of my desperation, I got the little piece of wire for free (instead of buying the whole roll of wire) - with good advice and a smile. You like to come back there, even if you need something bigger. Thank you very much!
A	Alfred Redl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe 2 Eisen Gartentüren und 1 Metall Türe , alle 3 Türen lasse ich jetzt, da sie schon älterer Bauart sind, Sandstrahlen und lackiere diese neu. Natürlich tausche ich im Zuge der Sanierung gleich die Schlösser, Drücker und Blenden aus, jedoch haben die Abdeckungen der aktuellen Produktreihe andere Lochabstände wie die alten vorhandenen. Ich habe bei allen 3 Türen diese Teile ausgebaut und bin mit den Mustern zur Firma Neunteufel gefahren. Herr Zimmerl hat mir auf Grund seiner vieljährigen Erfahrung seines excellenten Produktwissen in aller Ruhe innerhalb 1 Stunde eine Lösung für mein Problem gemacht. Ich habe nun die benötigten Teile erhalten und es waren nur 2 kleine Änderung an den bestehenden Türen notwendig (4 Löcher neu bohren und 8 Löcher ausfeilen), jetzt kann ich das Sandstrahlen und neu Lackieren durchführen und dann die neuen, schönen Teile montieren, Danke ! - 5 Sterne für eine Topfirma mit super Kundenberatung, kann man nur auf das Beste weiterempfehlen ! I have 2 iron garden doors and 1 metal door, I leave all 3 doors now, since they are already older design, sandblasting and paint this new. Of course, I replace the locks, pushers and bezels in the course of the renovation, but the covers of the current product range have different hole distances as the old ones. I have removed these parts on all 3 doors and drove with the samples to the company Neunteufel. Mr. Zimmerl has given me a solution to my problem within 1 hour due to his many years of experience of his excellent product knowledge. I have now received the required parts and there were only 2 small changes to the existing doors necessary (re-drill 4 holes and file 8 holes), now I can sandblast and re-paint and then assemble the new, beautiful parts, thanks! - 5 stars for a pot company with great customer service, you can only recommend to the best!

Hatte ein Problem mit einer verkanteten abgebrochenen Schraube. Hornbach & Obi konnten mir nicht helfen. Der Chef im Hause Neunteufel hat es dagegen in weniger als 5min geschafft mein Problem zu beheben. Vondaher kann ich jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen diesen Laden zu besuchen und auf die großen Baumärkte zu verzichten. Perfectly equipped shop with everything a craftsman's heart desires. Super friendly and absolutely competent staff! Had a problem with a jammed broken screw. Hornbach & Obi could not help me. The boss at Neunteufel, on the other hand, managed to fix my problem in less than 5 minutes. Therefore I can highly recommend everyone to visit this shop and to do without the large hardware stores.

Hier bekommt man einfach alles! Der Service ist immer freundlich und vom Dübel bis zu selten Schrauben, über hochwertige Kochtöpfe und Outdoor Elektronik bekommt man alles! Dort bekommt man alles und muss nicht extra in den Gewerbepark fahren, wo sie die meisten Geschäfte ausgemustert haben. Sehr gutes Service und freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Schaut vorbei es zahlt sich aus. Fortunately, there is still a shop in downtown Krems with a good old tradition.
