K	Kunde Wien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhöfliche Verkäuferin Ich war am 07.12.2019 gegen 15:00 Uhr beim Neuhaus und wollte 90 Euro Schokoladen kaufen aber die Verkäuferin war sehr unhöflich und wollte 0.50 Cent für eine Tüte verrechnen und hat sehr unhöflich gesagt auch im Billa muss man für Tüte zahlen. Ich war sehr überrascht wie unhöflich eine Verkäuferin beim Neuhaus im 1. Bezirk ist und habe entschieden dort nicht mehr einzukaufen und bin zum Sacher gegangen. Es ist echt schade da ich immer sehr gern bis jetzt beim Neuhaus eingekauft habe. Rude saleswoman I was on 07.12.2019 at 15:00 clock at the Neuhaus and wanted to buy 90 euros of chocolates but the seller was very rude and wanted to 0.50 cents for a bag and has very rude said in Billa you have to pay for bag. I was very surprised how rude a saleswoman at the Neuhaus in the 1st district is and decided to stop shopping there and went to the Sacher. It is a real pity since I have always been very happy to buy at the Neuhaus.

Цены высокие, как и в самой Бельгии, 250 грамм - 25€. Конфеты вкусные и свежие. Продавцы почти не говорят по английски, но объясниться все-равно удалось. Favorite Belgian chocolate in the very center of Vienna. It was not so easy to find, but it was worth it (see the map of the shopping center). Prices are high, as in Belgium itself, 250 grams - 25 €. The sweets are delicious and fresh. Sellers barely speak English, but still managed to explain.

Ich liebe die Schokolade von Neuhaus und habe auch den Besuch in ihrer Filiale in Brüssel sehr genossen. Der erste Besuch war ganz in Ordnung, war aber nicht vergleichbar mit der Freundlichkeit und Produktkenntnis der Belgier...der letzte war naja. Wir sind extra in die Stadt dafür gefahren. Dann war nur eine Person drinnen erlaubt und anstatt dass sie versucht hätten, uns die gemeinsame Auswahl von draußen doch noch zu ermöglichen, war abgesehen von dem Hinweis, dass nur einer rein darf, nichts an Kommunikation da.(man hätte uns ja den Katalog geben können und einen Stift, damit wir gemeinsam auswählen können und damit sie unsere Fragen beantworten können, hätte eine von beiden bei uns bleiben können, es war eh niemand dort)Sie bevorzugten es allerdings uns stehen zu lassen und sich drinnen lautstark zu unterhalten. Tut mir leid, aber sowas geht einfach nicht, man kann nicht erwarten, dass man für solch eine Unhöflichkeit und einen Mangel an Service so viel bezahlt. Wir sind ohne etwas zu kaufen wieder gegangen. Schade um die tolle Marke. Ich werde ihnen noch einmal eine Chance geben, sollten sie das mit dem Personal jedoch nicht in den Griff bekommen, kann die Schokolade noch so gut sein, ich werde mir die Besuche dann sparen. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the two bad reviews here. I love Neuhaus chocolate and really enjoyed the visit to their branch in Brussels. The first visit was okay, but it wasn't comparable to the friendliness and product knowledge of the Belgians ... the last one was well. We drove into town especially for it. Then only one person was allowed inside and instead of trying to allow us to choose from outside, apart from the note that only one person was allowed in, there was no communication (they would have given us the catalog and a pen so that we can choose together and so that they can answer our questions, one of the two could have stayed with us, there was nobody there anyway) They preferred to leave us and talk loudly inside. Sorry, but that just doesn't work, you can't expect to pay so much for such rudeness and lack of service. We left without buying anything. It's a shame about the great brand. I'll give you one more chance, but if you can't get the staff under control, no matter how good the chocolate is, I'll save myself the visits.

Sehr freundlichens und nettes Personal mit gute Beratung. Habe mich sehr gefreut und werde sicherlich wiederkommen. I discovered this chocolatier in the Ringstrasse gallery. Large selection of Belgian high-quality chocolates. Very friendly and nice staff with good advice. I was very happy and will definitely come back.
