s	schlechtes internet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist lächerlich wie viele ausfälle man mit dem Anbieter hat. Ich unterstütze gerne heimische Unternehmen aber das ist nicht mehr vertretbar. It's ridiculous how many failures you have with the provider. I like to support domestic companies, but that is no longer justifiable.

Im späteren Verlauf werden E-Mails prinzipiell ignoriert, Rückrufe finden nie statt und wenn man doch einmal eine Antwort bekommt wird lediglich gesagt man müsse sich damit abfinden. Man solle sich diesbezüglich auch einfach damit abfinden, dass nicht mehr als ein (bestenfalls) Zehntel der vereinbarten Leistung zur Verfügung stehen. Ohne Rechtsschutzversicherung würde ich von einem Vertrag mit diesem Anbieter dringend abraten. At the beginning, professionalism is played and excuses are sought why agreed performance is only partially available. In the later course, emails are basically ignored, callbacks never take place and if you do get an answer, all you have to do is say that you have to put up with it. In this regard, one should also simply accept that no more than one (at best) tenth of the agreed service is available. Without legal protection insurance, I would strongly advise against a contract with this provider.

Pro Tag kann man im Durchschnitt mit 3-5 Ausfällen rechnen, wobei sich meist einer davon als fataler Ausfall herausstellt. Regionalität ist schön und gut, muss aber auch was liefern können. Service is great, but internet is not. Offers leave a lot to be desired and the connection stability is simply underground. An average of 3-5 failures per day can be expected, with one of them usually turning out to be a fatal failure. Regionality is all well and good, but it also has to be able to deliver something.

Unqualifizierte Techniker die sich vorne und hinten nicht auskennen und keine gespür für customer service haben. Anti Spam funktioniert sowie wie garnicht. Echt zum kotzen ? Rarely seen such an unprofessional bunch. The server is constantly down and work is lame for 3 days. Unqualified technicians who are not familiar with the front and rear and have no sense of customer service. Anti Spam works as well as not at all. Really sucks ?

Seit einigen Monaten sind wir sogar an das Glasfasernetz angeschlossen und es funktioniert einwandfrei - so schnell wurden die großen Datenmengen unserer Kunden noch nie up- und downgeloaded. We have been using the NETCompany Internet for many years in the print shop and have not had any bad experiences with it. We have even been connected to the fiber optic network for a few months and it works perfectly - the large amounts of data from our customers have never been uploaded and downloaded so quickly.
