Wenn man nicht mindestens 20 Packungen auf einmal kauft und Anzug trägt, ist man offenbar nur ein Kunde, der schnell abgespeist werden muss. No advice, questions were answered very briefly, although only 3 customers were in the shop. If you don't buy at least 20 packs at once and wear a suit, you are obviously just a customer who needs to be fobbed off quickly.

Obwohl noch andere Kunden warteten, nahm sich die Mitarbeiterin sehr viel Zeit. Besser ist es kaum möglich. Smaller Nespresso shop outside of Gerngross. Had very competent and friendly advice. Although there were other customers waiting, the employee took her time. It is hardly possible better.

Neben mir war ein weiterer Kunde der auch nicht begrüßt wurde und der sich dann auch schon beschwert hatte, das man ihn weder grüßt noch irgendwie wahr nimmt. Kein Danke für den EInkauf, kein Auf Wiedersehen -nichts. sehr seltsam. und das von keiner der Angestellten:-( Nicht einmal die grundlegendsten Begrüßungs- und Dankesformeln wurden angewendet. Sorry das geht leider gar nicht....! Mega unfreundlich ! Customer service zero. I was there 3 days ago, there were 3 women because none of them said hello and actually didn't ask what I wanted. Next to me was another customer who was not greeted either and who had complained that he was neither greeted nor acknowledged in any way. No thanks for shopping, no goodbye - nothing. very strange. and not by any of the employees:-( Not even the most basic of greetings and thank-you formulas were used. Sorry, that's not possible at all....! Super unfriendly!
