Very uncomfortable experience. I went to the store to buy some capsules but instantly felt uncomfortable and regretted going there. The staff followed me around without keeping distance and they used the same lift which was very uncomfortable. The capsules cannot be bought by the self checkout machine. Too many people in the store (mostly staff). If they are going to be open during a lockdown I would expect them to have sufficient covid measures in place. I’m never going again. If you want a quick and easy shopping experience don’t go to this store and buy online or go to the other store near the opera. The staff were friendly but not following covid measures.

The store is very pretty, but makes the main reason to go to the nespresso store - buying capsules - incredibly difficult. The capsule section is in the back corner of the top floor. You have to walk through displays and demos for all the new Nespresso machines and accessories before getting to the actual coffee. It’s annoying, inconvenient, and takes too much time. I don’t want an advertising experience every time I just go to buy coffee capsules.

The experience was extraordinary ? The guy at the entrance, even tho I had to wait in line to get into the store, was trying to make everything possible to get me somewhat entertained while waiting there by talking, which I found very cute and uplifting ? The next person I met was Victoria, the sweetest person ever, very attentive, helpful and nice employee. Even though I could not use my gift card (this is why I went there in the first place) I paid the full price for whatever I bought and left happy and smiling ? You guys got me, I wish you to keep up like this for a long time and to not lose this vibe ♥️

Wanted to buy the exclusive edition - due to my status I couldn't. Bought the missing capsules and went there next day (it takes 24h to update your status). They remembered me and even proposed the the right coffee. Felt appreciated as customer. Nice shop - quite cosy though. Love the "preloved" idea.

Love the new Nespresso store. Definitely worth visiting to have a coffee there. Interior design is very like Apple or Microsoft store… I guess that’s why I like it so much

Coffee quality as good as usual, very professional, friendly and helpful personnel. One star deducted for putting the self-service area on second floor in the very back of the store, so you have to climb stairs and walk through the whole shop twice (on ground floor and second floor) when all you need is a quick replenishment of your coffee supplies.

Big, spacious, bright and airy concept, feels comfortable to purchase coffee supplies or just to get a cup of coffee at first floor. Service is usually professional and they throw in a few capsules for test taste to recommend other flavours. However the coffee station on first floor could be better managed on busy days. It is generally good when there are not many customers but it got rather chaotic when there are many people. Customers were waiting around the table and a few seated. The poor staff (junior maybe?) was overwhelmed and could not keep up with the orders. They could not remember which customer ordered which coffee and which customer came first resulting in orders not just incorrect but also mix up. One lady raised her voice at the staff saying “if you are tired please rest” - obviously the staff is not able to take a break with so many customers, isnt it? Simple suggestion to improve on busy days maybe, queue management - it would enable the staff provide good service easily as they can serve the customer first in queue, complete their order then move to the next person thus preventing a mix up of orders. Queue also benefit the customers as they would receive their coffee first instead of feeling anxious why another customer who came after them but gotten coffee first. Just for the busy days. My 2 cents.
