Seit Jahren genießt unsere Familie perfekte Beratung, Vermessung und Service bei allen Mitarbeitern. Ein ganz spezielles Dankeschön möchten wir nun an Herrn Herzuba richten. Er hat unsere 87-jährige, demenzkranke Mutter im Pflegeheim in Weitra besucht und konnte ihr eine Gleitsicht-Brille anpassen. Geduldig, einfühlsam, und mit einigen geschickten Tricks hat er mit unserer Mutter gearbeitet, weil er ja ohne die üblichen Rückmeldungen auskommen musste. Das Ergebnis ist, dass unsere Mutter nun eine gut passende und deutlich leichtere Brille hat, mit der sie sogar wieder in Zeitschriften liest. (Viele waren der Meinung, dass dies sowieso nicht mehr funktionieren würde). Ein tolles Team mit toller Atmosphäre und außergewöhnlichen Leistungen, die das Leben unserer Mutter wieder angenehmer machen. Vielen Dank Herr Herzuba! We would now like to say a very special thank you to Mr. Herzuba. He visited our 87-year-old mother with dementia in the nursing home in Weitra and was able to fit varifocals for her. He worked patiently, sensitively, and with a few clever tricks with our mother, because he had to get along without the usual feedback.
