Nawu´s Kinderhotel

Der Name Kinderhotel passt überhaupt nicht. Kinder werden zurechtgewiesen, weil sie rumlaufen. Für uns keine Option mehr. Das Hotel ist überhaupt nicht kinderfreundlich!! Auch war ein Wespennest auf unserem Balkon.

In diesem familiär geführten Hotel hatten wir einen wundervollen Winterurlaub. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt! Unser Zimmer war geräumig (2Erw+2Ki), die Kinder hatten einen separaten Schlafbereich. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbüffet bot eine riesige Auswahl, für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Das Abendessen übertraf alle Vorstellungen. Perfekt! Wir können dieses Hotel für Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern sehr empfehlen. Unsere Tochter war ein paar Tage in der Kinderbetreuung und wir durften auf die Piste. Am Nachmittag präsentierte sie uns stolz dass Gebastelte und Gemalte. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Wir (meine Töchter 9&6 und ich) haben dort ein paar sehr schöne Tage in den Herbstferien verbracht. Wir werden definitiv wieder buchen. Es hat allen sehr gut gefallen.

Been there multiple times for a summer vacation. Very friendly owners family, good food, great animation program for kids. Interesting guided hiking excursions. Family hotel par excellence.

Beware of having to cancel this hotel We booked this hotel in May 2021 for a one week hotel in Aug 2021. We were given a link to the cancellation terms pdf, as attached to this. We cancelled over 30 days before our holiday, as we live in England and have to quarantine on arrival in Austria. We could have therefore physically not made it to the hotel, and any change in regulation looked unlikely. After we cancelled we were advised by email quite simply that we may get our money back, which was quite surprising. I called the hotel to clarify and was told that the pdf cancellation terms are only applicable for the few cases mentioned at the top of the document. When I tried to explain that this didn't make sense, the lady on the phone got very angry and told me that if they can rent out the room I can get the deposit back which can take up to a month. I stressed that we were well within our cancellation rights and I would speak to a lawyer if she would not send our deposit back. She got very angry and had a 5 minute rant at me before hanging up. A few days later we were told that they rented out our room and we will get the deposit back less an admin fee of EUR50. It is mentioned on their website in an very unobvious location and certainly wasn't on the .pdf cancellation terms I was sent. We had to cancel this booking, as we could physically not make it. We are incredibly disappointed that cancelling this hotel (despite not wanting to) was so difficult, time consuming and costly. I would now never visit this hotel as they have left a very unwelcome feeling. We have been staying in Kinderhotels for years and have only ever had a fantastic experience so this sort of behaviour is really disappointing and will make us think twice before booking the brand again. Please be careful if you might have to cancel this hotel.

The nature is incredible there. Rooms are clean, but rather small. The meal is rather good but not a wide choice of food (as for 4* hotel). What we likes most - stuff for kids. They have very good indoor play room and extreamly frieandly staff who is working with kids. The tradition of singing songs with NAWU every morning - is extreamly valuable. Quite many animals, trampolin, horse riding, two pools, great swimming trainer. Very big outdoor playground. Our personal experience - the staff is not really trained to have clients with dogs. So the hotel is animal-friendly, but you should discuss everything in advance.
