 Very, very nice owner. No guests were allowed to look at the animals anyway. Great for kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nettes, sehr altes Haus. Knarzt hie und da, hat steile Stufen, ist aber wirklich wunderbar. Die großzügigen Appartments bieten alles, qas gebraucht wird für Familien. Außenrollis halten die Wohnung kühl im Sommer.
Familie Zerza ist sehr bemüht und hilft gerne. Wirklich alle sehr nett. Frau Zerza oder ihre Enkelin zeigt den Kindern die Tiere und lässt beim Füttern helfen.
Der Spielplatz ist super, da können Kinder Stunden verbringen. Wenn im Gailtal, gerne wieder hier!
Very nice, very old house. Creaks here and there, has steep steps, but is really wonderful. The spacious apartments offer everything that is needed for families. Outside shades keep the apartment cool in summer.
The Zerza family tries very hard and is happy to help. Really all very nice. Mrs. Zerza or her granddaughter shows the children the animals and lets help with feeding them.
The playground is great, children can spend hours there. If in the Gailtal, gladly here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Super nice and friendly lady owner Location close to Nassfeld gondola lift Kitchen well equiped, living room area comfortable for 3 people Do not need tyre chains to get there Few restaurants in the close vicinity Very quiet in the night. Big plus mark for those noise sensitive Farm animals - big attraction for children. Negative: Overall we rate 8 not 10 beacause of the issues below: Slow wi-fi - however no problem for EU citizens. We used free GSM roaming - set up our own hotspot and it solved the problem. Thin doors (with glass) to the appartment did not provide adequate privacy. The weakest part of the appt was the very tiny bathroom with the entrance from the bedroom (only shower and toilet bowl inside). It is so small that the washstand with mirror to wash hands, teeth and shaving is in the bedroom. If you come with children or friends and somebody sleeps on the sofa in the living room they have to go through the bedroom in the night every time they need to use the toilet..
