Very friendly. Performance bordered on a miracle. Certainly one of the best wet cleaning in Vienna, my wool coat looks like new and smells of no means. Repair service was included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly place. I had quality cleaning done on my shirts. On pickup, they misplaced them though, had to come back few hours later and wait 20 minutes. Happens, I guess. Also, pricier than some drycleaners around.
