Als meine Frau, die bereits seit eineinhalb Jahren Kunde war, heute bei der Chefin reklamierte, dass die Nägel das letzte Mal nicht ordentlich gefeilt waren und das Gel holprig bzw. schief aufgetragen war, strich die gute Dame ihr gleich per SMS!!!! sämtliche Termine bis Jänner 2021, die sie bereits hatte. Offenbar war das Majestätsbeleidigung. So ein Verhalten ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Da dürfte die finanzielle Einbuße durch Covid-19 nicht sehr groß gewesen sein, wenn man es sich leisten kann, Stammkunden buchstäblich rauszuwerfen. Mit ein bisschen Kritik sollte eigentlich jeder Mensch umgehen können!!!! So it's extremely suspect. When my wife, who had been a customer for a year and a half, complained to the boss today that the last time the nails had not been filed properly and the gel was bumpy or crooked, the good lady immediately sent her a text message !!!! all appointments by January 2021 that she already had. Apparently that was insulting majesty. Such behavior is not understandable. Since the financial loss through Covid-19 should not have been very great, if you can afford to literally throw out regular customers. With a bit of criticism everyone should be able to handle it !!!!
S	S. H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Wahnsinns-Nagelstudio!!! Zwar nicht sooo leicht zu finden, aber den Versuch wert - auf alle Fälle. Überhaupt Aniko, die meine Nägel immer irrsinnig gut macht, ist weiterzuempfehlen. Keine Vorlage, die ich ihr gezeigt hab, die sie nicht genauso gut wenn nicht sogar besser hingekriegt hat. Die Fotos, die ich beigefügt hab, sind meine Hände aber wichtiger -> ihre Arbeit!!! ? An amazing nail salon !!! Not that easy to find, but definitely worth a try. In general Aniko, who always does my nails incredibly well, is to be recommended. Not a template that I showed her that she didn't do as well, if not better. The photos that I have attached are my hands but more important -> their work! ?
