Toller Kundenservice, was in Zeiten von Corona nicht selbstverständlich ist. Da ich besonders in diesen Tagen Produkte von österreichischen Unternehmen kaufe, werde ich wieder bei mytools bestellen.
So far I am very happy with the company. I ordered a vibrating plate, which was with me in no time. Great customer service, which is not a given in Corona times. Since I am buying products from Austrian companies especially these days, I will order from mytools again.

Lieferzeit wurde pünktlich eingehalten, alles war komplett und super verpackt und der Preis hat auch gepasst. Ich kann diese Firma auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Freitag-Nachmittag Ersatzmotor bestellt, Mittwoch-Mittag lief die Maschine wieder und dazwischen war noch Wochenende und am Montag Feiertag.
Preis/Leistung und Kontakt stimmt.
Ich bin rundum sehr zufrieden
Super service - hardly gets any better.
Friday afternoon replacement motor ordered, the machine was running again on Wednesday noon and in between there was the weekend and Monday holiday.
Price / performance and contact is right.
