★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war zwei Mal dort, leider hat die MyFlexBox beide Male nicht funktioniert. Der Bildschirm war weiß und hat nicht reagiert, der Barcodeleser ebenfalls nicht.
Sehr wichtig wäre - für die Abholung und Aufgabe von Paketen - eine Information per App, oder zumindest auf einer Webseite, auf der der live-Status jeder MyFlexBox angezeigt wird."Funktioniert", "Funktioniert nicht", "Platz für Rücksendungen", "Kein Platz für Rücksendungen", damit man nicht einen Kilometer durch die Stadt hadscht und vor einem defekten Gerät steht.
I was there twice, unfortunately the MyFlexBox did not work both times. The screen was white and did not respond, and neither did the barcode reader.
It would be very important - for the collection and posting of parcels - information via app, or at least on a website on which the live status of each MyFlexBox is displayed. "Working", "Not working", "Space for returns", " No space for returns ", so that you don't have to spend a kilometer through the city and stand in front of a defective device.
