T	Tobias Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jedes mal ist die adresse falsch oder die hinterlegte telefonnummer/emailadresse wurde von db schenker falsch abgeschrieben. es gab noch bei jeder meiner dutzenden kontakte mit dieser firma erhebliche probleme! every time the address is wrong or the stored phone number / email address was written off incorrectly by db schenker. There were still significant problems with every one of my dozens of contacts with this company!

Wir werden auch von anderen Speditionen beliefert, da funktioniert es. Bei Schenker sind die Disponenten offensichtlich überfordert! Wenn man dann auch noch in unfreundliche Ton darauf hingewiesen wird das die Ware aber nicht so lange bei Schenker liegen darf obwohl die Spedition den Termin nicht eingehalten hat ist das Maß voll. Kundenservice unter jeder Sau! Usually delivers without an appointment. However, if you set a delivery period (3 hours with reserves), this will not work in 4 out of 5 cases. We are also supplied by other freight forwarders, so it works. At Schenker, the dispatchers are obviously overwhelmed! If you then point out in an unfriendly tone that the goods may not be with Schenker for as long as the freight forwarder did not meet the deadline, the measure is full. Customer service under every sow!
J	Jamsuni Ch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falsch adressiert, hätte ich keine Telefonnr.angegeben hätte ich die Lieferung wahrscheinlich nicht erhalten.Transporter liefert nicht bis in die Wohnung, Unfreundliche indischer Lieferant wollte 20 Euro von mir wenn er mir helfen soll bis in die Wohnung zu tragen. Als ich nach seinen Namen gefragt habe, wollte er mir nicht antworten. Ist es normal bei einer Speditionsfirma?? Addressed incorrectly, I would not have given a phone number I probably would not receive the delivery. Und das in der heutigen Zeit wo es ein leichtes wäre automatisiert eine Nachricht zu erhalten. Kann der Fahrer mich vorher anrufen? NEIN! Kann ich den Fahrer anrufen um eine ca. Zeit zu erfahren? NEIN! Gibt es eine Lieferungsverfolgung? NEIN! Eventuell eine SMS wenn der Fahrer vom letzten Kunden zu mir weiter fährt? NEIN! Und ich dachte die Post schläft seit Jahren :-). Unfortunately it is not possible to make an appointment. Only 8 am to 4 pm delivery is offered! And in today's time when it would be easy to receive a message automatically. Leider hat der Fahrer bei der falschen Tür geläutet, obwohl im Auftrag die Richtige stand und ist wieder weg. Jetzt muss ich mir erst recht einen Tag frei nehmen! Unprofessionell bis zu geht nicht mehr. Diese Firma sollte man meiden. Eine absolute Frechheit! An email sent in the morning that the delivery will arrive during the day.
