Die Schiebetüren der Fensterfront (die seine Firma auch eingebaut hat!) sind wirklich extrem schwergängig (alle im ganzen Haus übrigens einheitlich). Seine Meinung dazu war nur:‘ Sie spinnen doch‘. Als er dann noch nach meinem kleinen, lieben und zutraulichen Hund schlug, nur weil er ihm anscheinend im Weg war, warf ich diesen ungehobelten, unerzogenen und widerlichen Menschen aus meiner Wohnung. Not worth a star! Was allowed to meet Mr. Muxel personally in my apartment today! The sliding doors of the window front (which his company also installed!) Are really extremely stiff (all of them uniform throughout the house, by the way). His opinion was only: 'You're crazy'. Then when he hit my little, dear, and trusting dog just because he seemed to be in his way, I threw this rude, naughty, and disgusting person out of my apartment.

S	Stefan Bauert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach Empfehlung von Freunden wollten wir einen Insektenschutz von Dreh-kipp. Nach etwas hin und her (Chef im Urlaub) und unzähligen Anrufsversuchen wurde seine Vertretung vorbei gesendet. Die Fenster wurden ausgemessen und im Anschluss abgemacht das die Offerte Anfang der darauffolgenden Woche geliefert wird. Leider brauchte diese 3 Wochen und mehrfaches Nachfassen. Die Offerte war dann preislich wesentlich teurer wie die in der Schweiz ansässigen Unternehmen und dazu unvollständig (3 Fenster vergessen). Absolut nicht professionell, ich frage mich wie eine Firma bei einen solchen Service im Markt bleiben kann. On the recommendation of friends, we wanted a tilt and turn insect screen. After some back and forth (boss on vacation) and countless attempts to call, his replacement was sent over. The windows were measured and it was then agreed that the offer would be delivered at the beginning of the following week. Unfortunately, this took 3 weeks and repeated follow-up. The offer was then much more expensive than the companies based in Switzerland and incomplete (3 windows forgotten). Totally unprofessional, I wonder how a company can stay in the market with such a service.
