★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider in unserem Fall sehr unzufrieden. Statt den lt. Werbung versprochenen 9 Werktagen tatsächliche Zustellung nach 21 Werktagen. Zum ursprünglich geplanten Liefertermin (16 Werktage) waren die Fenster nicht abholbereit, nach interner Rücksprache sogar noch nicht produziert. Für uns als Kunden sehr unzuverlässig, da wir nicht über diese Lieferverzögerung informiert bzw. erst bei geplanter Abholung vor Ort in Kenntnis gesetzt wurden.
Entschädigung für den Mehraufwand, die Verzögerung und den ganzen Ärger (alte Fenster bereits ausgebaut) wurde mit einer gratis Zustellung und einem Preisnachlass in Höhe von nur 3,3% geboten - ohne Skontoabzugsmöglichkeit (dafür mit der Info: „ACHTUNG! Jede Art von nicht vereinbarten Abzügen werden inklusive den Kosten für den Mehraufwand nachgefordert......“).
Unfortunately, very unsatisfied in our case. Instead of the 9 working days promised according to advertising, actual delivery after 21 working days. At the originally planned delivery date (16 working days), the windows were not ready for collection and, after internal consultation, were not yet produced. Very unreliable for us as customers, as we were not informed about this delay in delivery or were only informed when the pick-up was planned on site.
Compensation for the extra work, the delay and all the trouble (old windows already removed) was offered with free delivery and a price reduction of only 3.3% - with no discount discount option (but with the info: "ATTENTION! Any kind of not agreed deductions including the costs for the additional effort will be requested ...... ").
