Da ich am Montag in einem anderen Bundesland war, versuchte ich es bei der zuständigen Behörde, aber frühester Termin 9.12. Ich rief beim Magistratischen Bezirksamt Favoriten an. Eine sehr nette Dame hörte sich mein Problem an und ich bekam für nächsten Tag einen Termin. Dort traf ich die nächste nette Beamtin und auch ihre Kollegin beriet ihre Parteien mit Geduld. Dankeschön für die freundliche und zuvorkommend Art I need until December 9th for another authority. A valid passport in 2021 - mine had expired in June 2021. Since I was in a different state on Monday, I tried it to the competent authority, but the earliest date is 9.12. I called the municipal district office in Favoriten. A very nice lady listened to my problem and I got an appointment for the next day. There I met the next nice officer and her colleague also advised her parties with patience. Thank you for the friendly and courteous manner

Sie bekommt kaum den Mund auf, klingt als hätte sie nichts gefrüstuckt. Das selbe Spiel seit tagen. Man bekommt keine Auskunft egal was man versucht. After 45 minutes in the queue, the same lady keeps calling me and forwarding me again and again. She can hardly open her mouth, sounds like she hasn't eaten anything. The same game for days. You get no information no matter what you try.

Herausragend die Dame, die beim Eingang die Termine prüft und dann genau beschreibt wo man hin muss. Friendly, competent, courteous. Booked an appointment online and was out again after exactly 15 minutes. The lady who checks the appointments at the entrance and then describes exactly where you have to go is outstanding.
C	Christina Koblitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte gestern Termin zur Ausstellung eines Personalausweises ? ich muss sagen , so einen netten Magistratsmitarbeiter habe ich noch nie erlebt, ich meine den Herren am Empfang! Auch die anderen Mitarbeiterinnen waren höflich, aber der Mitarbeiter am Empfang Ist ganz besonders positiv aufgefallen. Ich musste nicht mal 10 Minuten warten! War sehr angenehm! Großes Lob , so willkommen kommt man sich sonst nie vor! Had an appointment yesterday to issue an identity card ? I have to say, I've never met such a nice municipal employee, I mean the gentlemen at the reception! The other employees were also polite, but the receptionist Was particularly positive. I didn't even have to wait 10 minutes! It was very pleasant! Great praise, you never feel so welcome!

Everytime you are finally connected to someone after 20 min of waiting on the line, the person just tell you that he does not speak English and hang up the call. I might use a layer to deal with that Zoo-institute... 21st Century, EU, how come that people working with foreigners everyday do not speak English FLUENTLY?????
