Als wäre das schon nicht schlimm genug, wurde ein Dekor aufgebaut, welches für eine andere Feier bestimmt war. Trotzdem wurde der voller Betrag verlangt mit der Begründung wir hätten das Dekor ja dennoch benutzt. Wie hätten wir während der eigentlichen Feier bitte schön den Anbieter noch wechseln sollen? Absolute Frechheit, Inakzeptabel. Falls es um eine wichtige Feier geht, geht das Risiko besser mit dem Anbieter nicht ein! Nie wieder!
At our engagement party they set up the decor one hour late while the guests were already there. As if that was not bad enough, a decor was set up, which was intended for a different celebration. Nevertheless, the full amount was requested on the grounds that we had used the decor anyway. How could we have changed the provider during the actual celebration? Absolute impudence, unacceptable. If it comes to an important celebration, the risk does not get better with the provider! Never again!
