Lediglich die Möglichkeit zur Terminvereinbarung wäre schon sehr angenehm. We asked for advice today when buying a child seat. Vorderstrahler, der normalerweise beim Paket dabei ist, fehlte. Obwohl ich nachgefragt hatte, ob alles dabei sei. Nächstes Mal kaufe ich nur bei Woom selbst, die sind viel netter und bieten einen günstigen Preis für Vorführmodelle - im Gegensatz zu diesem Shop. Enttäuschung. Wir würden direkt sehr freundlich begrüßt und und direkt Hilfe angeboten.(Was ich als Papa einer 3 jährigen die genau weiß was sie will gut gebrauchen konnte) Die 2 Damen im Geschäft waren sehr freundlich und es wurde auf alles genau eingegangen. Sehr kompetent und liebevoll. Werden ab jz ihre Schuhe nur mehr dort kaufen. Today was with my daughter to get shoes for fall and house shoes for kindergarten. We would be welcomed in a very friendly manner and directly offered help (which I, as the dad of a 3 year old who knows exactly what she wants, could use) The 2 ladies in the shop were very friendly and everything was dealt with in detail. Very competent and loving. From now on they will only buy their shoes there.

Da wäre ein kleiner Hinweis nett Pity.. After driving for more than 30 minutes we are in front of a closed shop because the summer opening times are not yet indicated on the website.
