 I was told I will be called back for a repair info but no one has answered for 2 weeks.
I'm pissed off customer service equal to 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riesiges Geschäft auf 2 Ebenen, große Auswahl auch an Spielsachen, da kann sich manches Fachgeschäft verstecken, freundliches Personal und viele Parkplätze Dank des Einkaufscenters. Es mausert sich langsam. Weiter so.
Huge store on 2 levels, a large selection of toys too, many specialty stores can hide there, friendly staff and lots of parking spaces thanks to the shopping center. It is slowly emerging. Keep it up.

Die Motivation der Mitarbeiterinnen eine freundliche Auskunft zu geben, ist nicht vorhanden. Die Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache, mangelhaft.
Das Management ist gefordert, dies besser in den Griff zu bekommen.
Good range, prices depending on the product group are sometimes expensive but ok.
The employees are not motivated to give friendly information. The knowledge of the German language, deficient.
Management is challenged to get this under control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought something, then I didn’t like it afterwards so I decided to return it to this affiliate which is the same one from where I got it, at the end they didn’t want to return my money back, except for a voucher or other goods, good to know that in the company’s website they say you can have your money back. This an awful experience, like I felt I’m not free on my own money at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went back to Mueller (at Shopping Arena) again today and asked if I could get vat refund or not. An answer is yes so I brought 2 bottles of perfume there.
If there is anything to say for Mueller and their staffs, Thank you so much for kindly help about vat refund document. ? Especially, a new woman staff with long black hair. You are really have service mind and very patient with me. ? Also with other staffs who are helped, searched and asked for all details and provided me vat refund finally. You guys are great. ?
If I have a possibility to travel at Austria again, I am willing to be your customer again. ?
