Das Telefonat war ja nicht so schlecht daher 2 Sterne aber ein Angebot wäre dann mal toll gewesen Unfortunately, nobody answers my inquiries and my budget has to be allocated elsewhere ..... The phone call was not so bad therefore 2 stars but an offer would have been great

Also dem Händler ist das Interesse seiner zukünftigen Kunden anscheinend ziemlich egal !! Sehr arrogant... Antwort: Ich habe um Kontaktaufnahme gebeten... Den Ball einfach wieder an den Kunden zurück zu geben in einem 0815 Mail ist halt schon sehr einfach!! Warum sollte ich als Kunde Ihnen 5 mal hinterher laufen? Seltsame Firma... E	Elwe Nien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erstberatung OK. Kundenservice hat sehr viel Potential, da kaum vorhanden. Ich musste stets sehr viel nachfragen, um Antworten zu erhalten. Das ist sehr anstrengend und für ein Produkt mit 5 stelligem Preis nicht gerade das, was ich mir erwarte. Aktuell bekomme ich gar keine Antwort mehr. Das Produkt selbst ist in Ordnung. Die drei Sterne Abzug sind wie folgt zu verstehen: 1 Punkt Abzug, da unsere Schienen nicht lange genug sind und deshalb das Pooldach, wenn es geöffnet ist, über die Kante des Pools steht. 2 Punkte Abzug, da das Kundenservice so gut wie nicht vorhanden ist. Ich schließe daraus, dass wenn einmal ein Pool verkauft wurde, kein Interesse mehr darin besteht, hier behilflich zu sein. Man fühlt sich weder willkommen, noch wertgeschätzt. Sorry, aber so sieht Kundenservice 2020 nicht aus. Initial consultation OK. Customer service has a lot of potential because there is hardly any. I always had to ask a lot to get answers. This is very exhausting and for a product with a 5-digit price it is not exactly what I expect. I currently have no answer at all. The product itself is fine. The three-star deduction is to be understood as follows: 1 point deduction, since our rails are not long enough and therefore the pool roof, when it is open, is above the edge of the pool. 2 points deduction, since the customer service is almost non-existent. I conclude that once a pool has been sold, there is no interest in helping here. You neither feel welcome nor valued. Sorry, but that's not what customer service 2020 looks like.
M	Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach bereits zwei Telefonaten und zwei E-Mails, welche eine Angebotsnachfrage beinhalten, kommt absolut keine Antwort. Kundenservice 0!! Anscheinend werden nur überdurchschnittlich große Aufträge entgegengenommen. Kann ich daher Kunden, welche kleinere Vorhaben haben absolut NICHT empfehlen. After two phone calls and two emails, which contain a request for a quote, there is absolutely no answer. Customer service 0 !! Apparently only larger than average orders are accepted. I can therefore absolutely NOT recommend customers who have smaller projects.
C	Christian Sampl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir warten schon 10 monate das das was wir bezahlt haben auch eingebaut wird. Den vertraglichen Verpflichtungen ist Herr Muck bis heute nicht nachgekommen. Nach vielen anrufen ist er nie erreichbar, wenn es dann zu einen Termin kommt wird er am gleichen Tag per WhatsApp abgesagt. Mal wurd falsch geliefert oder das Auto ist defekt oder oder oder. Fachkompetenz gleich Null, Sozialkopetenz gleich Null . Vertragstreue sehr sehr mangelhaft. Ich würde nur jeden vorschlagen sich gut zu überlegen welcher Firma man so einen Auftrag gibt. Ich werde euch auf den laufenden halten wie es weitergeht. 28.03.2021 Super heute hat die Firma Muck ihre vertraglichen Verpflichtungen erfüllt. Danke We have been waiting 10 months for what we paid for to be installed. To this day, Mr. Muck has not fulfilled his contractual obligations. After many calls, he is never available, if an appointment then comes he is canceled on the same day via WhatsApp. Sometimes it was wrongly delivered or the car is defective or or or. Professional competence is zero, social competence is zero. Contract loyalty very, very poor. I would just suggest everyone to think carefully about which company to give such an order. I will keep you up to date on how it goes from here. March 28, 2021 Muck has fulfilled its contractual obligations superbly today. Thank you

Bei allen war die Antwort wenn man Interesse habe möge man doch zu einem Gespräch vorbeikommen. Bei vielen war es auch nicht möglich ein Komplettpaket oder den Preis dafür zu bekommen, oder zu erfahren ohne das man vorbeikommt. Irgendwann im Internet über Muck Pool gestolpert. Haben angerufen und schon die erste positive Erfahrung gemacht. Herr Muck war der einzige der gesagt hat er kommt auf ein unverbindliches Gespräch vorbei, wenn nicht anders möglich auch am Wochenende. Beim ersten Gespräch welches sehr informativ und ungezwungen verlaufen ist haben wir den Fixpreis und verschiedene Liefertermine erhalten. Wir wurden auch nicht auf einen Abschluss gedrängt sondern Herr Muck hat gesagt wir sollen uns das einige Tage überlegen und dann Bescheid geben wie wir uns entschieden haben. Wir haben uns für Muck Pool entschieden weil einfach das Gesamtpaket für uns gepasst hat. Der Liefertermin wurde auf die Minute wie vereinbart gehalten. Installation und Inbetriebnahme sind reibungslos verlaufen. Als ein Problem bei der Wärmepumpe aufgetreten ist (hat immer wieder ausgesetzt) war nur ein Anruf nötig und die Pumpe wurde ohne jedwede Diskussion sofort ersetzt. Wir sind mit dem Muck Pool hochzufrieden da das Produkt sowie auch der Support super funktionieren. Da wir einige Sachen über Poolpflege doch noch nicht wissen, kann man jederzeit anrufen und wird beraten. Ich kann Muck Pool nach meiner Erfahrung nur weiterempfehlen. For many it was also not possible to get a complete package or the price for it, or to learn without the passing. At some point stumbled across the internet about Muck Pool. Called and already made the first positive experience. Mr. Muck was the only one who said he will come to a noncommittal conversation, if not otherwise possible on the weekend. During the first conversation, which was very informative and informal, we received the fixed price and different delivery dates. We were not pressed for a degree, but Mr. Muck said we should think about that for a few days and then let us know how we decided. We chose Muck Pool because the whole package was just right for us. The delivery date was kept to the minute as agreed. Installation and commissioning went smoothly. When a problem with the heat pump occurred (has been repeatedly exposed) only one call was needed and the pump was immediately replaced without any discussion. We are highly satisfied with the Muck Pool because the product as well as the support work great. Since we do not know some things about pool maintenance yet, you can always call and advise. I can only recommend Muck Pool in my experience.
