Lieferung kommt auf die falsche Adresse, bekam eine Email das ich Telefonisch nicht erreichbar bin obwohl weder ein Anruf in Abwesenheit noch ich jemals von meinem Firmen Handy weiche. Liefertermin für Sa zwischen 0800 _ 1400 das grenzt es natürlich ein ?. Frage mich wie katastrophal ein Unternehmen Inkompetenz aufweisen kann, und tdm Partner von Media Markt sein kann.. Nachtrag. Lieferung wurde vollständig und ohne Mängel am Paket geliefert . Dürfte nur in der DISPO pures Chaos herrschen. Funny. Delivery comes to the wrong address, got an email that I cannot be reached by phone although neither a missed call nor I ever switch from my company cell phone. Delivery date for Sa between 0800 _ 1400 that of course limits it ?. Wonder how catastrophic a company can show incompetence, and tdm can be a partner of Media Markt .. Addendum. Delivery was complete and without defects in the package. There should only be pure chaos in the DISPO.
E	Elisabeth Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute (23.06.2021) habe ich abermals ein bei Mediamarkt gekauftes Gerät, nämlich eine Waschmaschine, geliefert bekommen. Der Termin wurde diesmal laut Trackinginfo und zusätzlicher telefonischer Ankündigung genau eingehalten. Wieder waren die beiden Herren freundlich, kompetent und schnell. Das Altgerät wurde demontiert und mitgenommen, das neue Gerät angeschlossen und auf Funktion überprüft. Besser geht's nicht!! Habe soeben einen teilintegrierten Geschirrspüler geliefert und montiert bekommen. Der Termin wurde zwar zeitlich nicht eingehalten (zwischen 6:00 und 12:00 Uhr), aber ich wurde zumindest telefonisch kontaktiert und gefragt, ob eine Lieferung nach 12:00 Uhr noch möglich wäre. Tatsächlich waren die Monteure um 12:05 Uhr da. Sie waren höflich, kompetent und ein eingespieltes Team und haben innerhalb kürzester Zeit das Altgerät aus- und das neue eingebaut. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden mit diesem Service. Der eine Stern Abzug erfolgt nur wegen der relativ langen Wartezeit. Today (23.06.2021) I received another device that I bought from Mediamarkt, namely a washing machine. This time, according to tracking information and additional telephone announcement, the deadline was met exactly. Again the two gentlemen were friendly, competent and quick. The old device was dismantled and taken away, the new device connected and checked for functionality. It couldn't be better !! I just got a partially integrated dishwasher delivered and installed. The deadline was not kept (between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.), but I was at least contacted by phone and asked whether a delivery after 12:00 p.m. would still be possible. In fact, the fitters were there at 12:05 p.m. They were polite, competent and a well-rehearsed team, and they removed the old device and installed the new one within a very short time. Overall, I was very happy with this service. One star is only deducted because of the relatively long waiting time.

Installation Einwandfrei Negativ: Preise für zusätzliches Installationsmaterial sind eine Frechheit. Für eine für den Abflussschlauch der Waschmaschine nötige Schlauchschelle wurden 9 Euro (!) verrechnet. Das ist ein Aufschlag von 300% auf Marktübliche Preise, blanker Wucher. Neutral: Monteur war nicht in der Lage, die Waschmaschine (steht in einer Nische) auf die Gummiunterlage zu stellen. Wie ich das bei der alten Maschine alleine geschafft habe bleibt wohl ein Rätsel... Ein Zubehörteil wurde versehentlich mit dem Verpackungsmüll mitgenommen. Glücklicherweise ist mir das noch am Tag der Installation aufgefallen und der Monteur hat es noch gefunden und vorbei gebracht. Positive: punctual delivery with advance notice by phone 10 minutes before arrival. Installation flawless Cons: Prices for additional installation material are a joke. For a hose clamp required for the drain hose of the washing machine, 9 euros (!) Were charged. That is a premium of 300% on market prices, sheer usury. Neutral: the fitter was unable to place the washing machine (in a niche) on the rubber pad. How I managed to do this on my own with the old machine remains a mystery ... An accessory was accidentally taken along with the packaging waste. Fortunately, I noticed this on the day of the installation and the fitter found it and brought it over.

Die Lieferanten haben den Vorgesezten angerufen und ich bekamm ein Vorschlag für ein Termin für die Montage und Entsorgung am nächsten Donnerstag (heute ist Freitag). Mein altes Herd ist Kaputt, und jetzt habe ich einen unausgepackten Herd in meiner Küche stehen. Kochen kann ich natürlich nicht. Ich habe heute schon 3 mal angerufen, und noch immer kein Rückruf bekommen. Das Geld wurde aber natürlich von meinem Konto sofort abgebucht. So viel unprofesionalität haber ich schon seit langer Zeit nicht erlebt. Einfach nur frech! Jetzt kommt Gerät vielleicht eine Woche spater. Wäre schön wenn es klappt, bin schon älter und habe nicht mehr soviel Zeit HaHa Today delivery should have taken place from the Samsung TV set, it was canceled by email today at 6 a.m., with the note please make a new appointment. K	Klaus BERGER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute 2 Dezember 2021 hätte im Zeitraum zwischen 15 Uhr und 18 Uhr die Zustellung unseres neuen TV-Gerätes stattfinden sollen, wir wurden heute um 6 Uhr in der Früh also am Tag der Anlieferung per E-Mail verständigt dass heute keine Lieferung stattfinden wird und wir uns zwecks Terminvereinbarung in Verbindung setzen sollen. Der neue Liefertermin ist nun eine Woche später, es wäre ein Geburtstagsgeschenk gewesen, leider gibt es jetzt nicht's Ich bin gespannt, ob es einen zB einen Gutschein für die verlorene Arbeitszeit gibt. P	Pauli Na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So eine unkompetente , unverlässliche Firma habe bis jetzt noch nicht erlebt, die respektieren gar nicht die Kunden, Liefertermine verschieben in den letzten moment wo man schon zB frei genommen hat etc… einfach paar std früher mail schicken (!) « weil angeblich die Ware war nicht zum erhalten » , wobei in meiner Fall nach Absprache mit Media Markt Kundenservice war den stornierten Termin gar nicht ausgemacht und Ware war doch bereits zum liefern! Schwer zum erreichen, auf Mails keine Antworten bis jetzt…Unfassbar! Erst nach viele Telefonate und durch Media Markt eine Woche später als geplannt und vorbereitet ein Termin endlich ausgemacht?Kein Anruf nichts dass sie kommen nicht das schlimmste aber voll unprofessionell! Naja klar sie haben mit Media Markt Vertrag als Lieferant und mussen sich um Kunden nicht kümmern aber dass man halt so extrem unverlässlich ist geht wirklich nicht und kann man nur hoffen dass Media Markt nach dem wenn viele Kunden wo anders gehen überlegt sich andere Firma zum liefern annehmen. I have never experienced such an incompetent, unreliable company, they don't respect the customers at all, delivery dates are postponed until the last moment when you have already taken time off etc... just send an email a few hours earlier (!) « because the goods were said to be there not to be received », although in my case, after consultation with Media Markt customer service, the canceled date was not arranged and the goods were already to be delivered! Difficult to reach, no replies to emails yet...Incredible! Only after many phone calls and through Media Markt a week later than planned and prepared, an appointment finally made ? No call nothing that they come not the worst but completely unprofessional! Well, of course they have a contract with Media Markt as a supplier and do not have to take care of customers, but being so extremely unreliable is really not possible and one can only hope that after many customers go somewhere else, Media Markt will consider another company to deliver accept.
S	Sleepholder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe über Media Markt einen smart TV bestellt. Ich wurde einmal von der MS Powerservice angeglingelt mehr nicht. Bei Rückruf was keiner zu erreichen und das über zwei Tage!! Da telefonisch nicht erreichbar war blieb mir nur noch die E-Mail Variante wo ich nur mit dem liefertag beschwichtigt wurde. Keine Bereitschaft auf den Kunden einzugehen oder telefonisch erreichbar zu sein, was das mindeste ist!! Würde es minus Sterne geben, für ich soviel minus geben wie möglich! Als der Fernseher am besagten Tag kam (heute) musste ich feststellen das ich grüne streifen im Bild hatte und generell das Bild einen Panel Fehler aufzeigte, was auf einen Fallschaden zurückschließen lässt. Ob dies durch Media Markt oder der "transport" frima geschah will ich mir nicht anmaßen. Ich hoffe Media Markt sucht sich eine andere Transportfirma, sonst war dies meine letzte online Bestellung! I ordered a smart TV from Media Markt. I was tricked once by MS Powerservice, no more. When you called back, nobody could reach you and that over two days!! Since I could not be reached by phone, the only option I had was the e-mail variant, where I was only reassured with the delivery date. No willingness to respond to the customer or to be available by phone, which is the least!! If there were minus stars, I would give as many minus as possible! When the TV came on the day in question (today) I had to realize that I had green stripes in the picture and that the picture generally showed a panel error, which suggests fall damage. Whether this happened through Media Markt or "transport" frima I don't want to presume. I hope Media Markt finds another transport company, otherwise this will be my last online order!
