★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managed to do a quick tour of the legendary music maestro, artist, genius who was born in a humble apartment in Salzburg. Gave great insights of his family, life and career, his written letters, scores, notes. Floor itself is still quite creaky when one goes around, shows that the origins of home are much preserved as they can be. Small cafe that serves great coffee with cosy store selling souvenirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is amidst beautiful lanes with splendid architecture. The old buildings and streets look beautiful and authentic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We learned much about Mozarts Life but there were air conditioners just in two rooms of circa 10 so it was really hot and during the COV19 restrictions - not really a summer highlight unless you are a Mozart fanboy or girl or have the Salzburg Card.
There is a Reading Guide (to read the text which stands on the wall just on the mobile) but unfortunately no Listening Guide where you can Listen to music or just hear what stands on the wall. So it is useless for nearly everybody. Please change the app to a Listening Guide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and short museum in the heart of Salzburg. Doable for all ages and at a comfortable pace can be finished in about an hour. Not to busy (In January) and is a great place to learn things about the historic composer. Would recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fun place to visit if you're in Salzburg and want to do "touristy" things. Or of you're Extremely interested in music and Mozart. Either way, a win-win. For me, it was definitely interesting because I enjoyed the history behind it but it may not be interesting to someone who is t interested in history or classical music.
Also, I would highly recommend against visiting on an extremely hot day. We went on a very hot day in August and MELTED. The museum (obviously) is old and doesn't have air conditioning, like a lot of Europe, therefore it was excruciatingly hot in the house. Bundle the heat with a bunch of people and not a lot of space to move, and you get uncomfortable pretty quickly.
I would not recommend bringing children under 10 to this attraction unless they are a fan of Musical instruments or classical music or Mozart. This is definitely not the place they'd enjoy; it would be a waste of money, boring for them and honestly it would make your time as a parent or caregiver less enjoyable because you'd have complaining children by your side the entire time saying their bored. So in my opinion, if you have kids under ten who show no interest in this sort of thing, skip it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love classical music and you like Mozart you should visit it. Apart from the museum, Salzburg is a beautiful place with a long and important history. It is wonderful and worth a walk. The entrance to the city is very impressive. Expect some small traffic on the way to the center of Salzburg.
