★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem freundlich und sensationell hilfsbereit! Ich kam kurz vor Ladenschluss mit einer Frage zum Bremspedal und hatte erwartet, einen Werkstatt-Termin zu bekommen. Stattdessen hat sich der Mechaniker (den Namen habe ich mir leider nicht gemerkt) einfach am Parkplatz drüber gemacht und das Problem einfach gelöst. Und das Ganze auch noch fröhlich und freundlich, obwohl er eigentlich schon Dienstschluss gehabt hätte - hier fühle ich mich wohl, hier komme ich wieder her!
Extremely friendly and sensationally helpful! I came in just before closing time with a question about the brake pedal, expecting to get a workshop appointment. Instead, the mechanic (unfortunately I didn't remember his name) simply walked over it in the parking lot and simply solved the problem. And the whole thing is still cheerful and friendly, although he should actually have finished work - I feel good here, I'll come back here again!
