J	Josef Cizi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte heute Pickerl Termin bei mein Motorrad. Gestern 16:30 angerufen und gleich nächsten Tag um 10 Uhr ein Termin bekommen. Ich kann mich nicht beklagen alles war top. Das einzige ist der Preis was ein bisschen hoch angesetzt ist da bekommt ma wo anders das pickerl günstiger, aber ich bin sehr zufrieden. Das nächste mal wieder gerne! Today I had an appointment with my motorcycle. Called 4:30 p.m. yesterday and got an appointment the next day at 10 a.m. I can't complain everything was great. The only thing is the price, which is a bit high because you get the picker cheaper elsewhere, but I'm very satisfied. I'll be back next time!

Jedes mal wenn die benötigten Ersatzteile ankommen sollten, wird mir gesagt es würde noch ein paar Tage dauern. Ich habe mich persönlich bei anderen Werkstätten erkundigt, was die Lieferzeiten der besagten Teile betrifft, die jenigen haben mir versichert, das es nach 3 Tagen geliefert und montiert werden würde und eine Wartezeit von 10 Wochen nicht akzeptabel sei. Wären die Teile nicht zu teuer, würde ich es viel lieber bei jemand anderen austauschen lassen und mir nicht immer die selbe Lüge anhören müssen. Just kidding !! I've been waiting for my spare parts for 10 weeks online bestia. Every time the spare parts I need arrive, I am told it would take a few more days. I personally asked other workshops about the delivery times of the said parts, they assured me that it would be delivered and assembled after 3 days and a waiting time of 10 weeks would not be acceptable. If the parts weren't too expensive, I would much rather have someone else replace them and not have to hear the same lie over and over again.

Auch Werkstatt ist top und freundlich und gehen auf Sonderwünsche ein, bin absolut zufrieden. Darum von mir 5 Sterne??? Today I picked up my second Vespa and everything was fine. I have been a customer of Zweirad Gill for several years and very satisfied. Also workshop is top and friendly and go to special requests, I am absolutely satisfied. Therefore from me 5 stars???
A	Anna Ba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chef verkauft meiner über 80 jährigen Großmutter einen E-Roller (Rotes Taferl) obwohl sie einen E-Scooter wollte. Bin dann extra nach Linz gefahren um vor Ort darum zu Bitten, dass vom Kauf zurückgetreten werden könnte. Darauf nur unfreundliche Aussagen, die alles andere als seriös rüber kamen. Reine Geldgier in meinen Augen. Boss sells an e-scooter (Rotes Taferl) to my grandmother, who is over 80 years old, even though she wanted an e-scooter. Then I drove to Linz especially to ask on site that the purchase could be canceled. Then only unfriendly statements that came across as anything but serious. Pure greed for money in my eyes.
V	Veronika Vetter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisher habe ich Zweirad Gill vier Werkstatt-Aufträge erteilt. Alle wurden zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit durchgeführt. Natürlich ruft der Vespa-Händler verhältnismäßig hohe Preise auf. Wenn man aber überlegt, dass Gill eine Fachwerkstatt ist und quasi eine Monopolstellung in Linz hat, hält sich das Ganze im Rahmen. Der Verkäufer ist immer sehr bemüht, ruft an und schaut, dass alles passt. Die Werkstattleute arbeiten zügig und kennen sich aus. Das Einzige was nervt, ist die Barzahlung. Ich meine wir sind im Jahre 2022 und die Kartenzahlung kostet den Händler lediglich ein paar Schilling. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann Motorroller- und Fahrradfahrern den Gill am Bindermichl empfehlen. So far I have placed four workshop orders with Zweirad Gill. All were carried out to my complete satisfaction. Of course, the Vespa dealer calls for relatively high prices. But if you consider that Gill is a specialist workshop and has a virtual monopoly in Linz, the whole thing is reasonable. The seller always tries very hard, calls and makes sure that everything fits. The workshop people work quickly and know their stuff. The only thing that annoys me is the cash payment. I mean it's 2022 and card payment only costs the merchant a few shillings. I would love to come back and can recommend the Gill am Bindermichl to scooter and cyclist riders.
F	Fabian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motorräder werden teilweise mit billigsten China - Reifen ausgeliefert. Freundlichkeit lässt bei einigen (nicht bei allen!) Mitarbeitern auch zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten hat die Leistung jedoch immer gestimmt. Motorcycles are sometimes delivered with the cheapest China tires. Friendliness left a lot to be desired with some (not with all!) employees. Otherwise, the performance was always right.
