Statt sie auf Gewährleistung Zug um Zug auszutauschen, besteht man auf Einsendung zum Hersteller über den Händker, was Wochen dauern kann. Wenig flexibel! Trotz Mängel ist die Rücksendung selber zu zahlen. Kundenunfreundlich! Zudem wird das KundenLogIn nach Reklamation gesperrt. Frech! Und auf Nachrichten wird nicht mehr geantwortet. Unseriös! Bought a locomotive that unfortunately had a Latsprevher error.
