Geschäftsführer ist einer “Profi” in der Wirklichkeit. Ihre Antworten waren sehr positiv und kompetent. Fazit: echte Fachberatung. Ich kann Modellbahn Zentrale auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. I received two H0 analog starter sets from my wife. I was very interested in digital control. So I was in the store yesterday. Managing director is a “professional” in reality. Your answers were very positive and competent. Conclusion: real specialist advice. I can definitely recommend Modellbahn Zentrale.

Dvorak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gut geführtes Modellbahnfachgeschäft welches hervorragend sortiert ist und eine Menge an Rollmaterial und Dioramen-Ausgestalltungsmaterial vorrätig hat (sogar die beliebten und begehrten Vallejo-Farben). Der Inhaber hat zu den Produkten auch immer einen guten Rat parat. Weiteres hervorzuheben sind das tolle Stammkunden-Rabatt-System, die tollen Sortimentsangebote und die Kommunikationsbereitschaft bei Mitbewerberangeboten. Als auch die regelmäßig abgehaltenen Workshops und Herstellertage wo Vertreter von z.Bsp. Roco oder Piko Rede und Antwort stehen. ? Was mir jedoch nicht besonders gefällt, das trübt aber in keinster Weise meine Zuneigung zu diesem tollen Unternehmen, ist der Onlineshop; hier fehlt es, meiner Meinung nach, ein wenig an Filtermöglichkeit. Ich persönlich plane sehr gerne meine Einkaufsbesuche im Voraus (mag nicht gern mit Wartezeit bestellen) und vermisse die schnelle Selektion "lagernd/nicht lagernd" z.Bsp. "Bäume/Büsche-H0-Lagernd" Suche mir dann entsprechendes raus und kann ggfs. schon in den nächsten Produktkategorien nach Begehrlichkeiten suchen. Wenn ich jedoch bei den angezeigten Bäumen erst nach grünen Ampeln Ausschau halten und Seiten durchscrollen muss, ist dies zeitraubend. (vor allem mit mobilen Endgeräten). Lange Rede kurzer Sinn; das Geschäft "Modellbahn Zentrale" wird von mir sehr gerne regelmäßig besucht und hat durch seine Fachkompetenz und Engagement in der Branche zwei Stammkunden mehr gewonnen! Very well run model railway specialist shop which is excellently sorted and has a lot of rolling stock and diorama equipment in stock (even the popular and coveted Vallejo colors). The owner always has good advice on the products. Further highlights are the great regular customer discount system, the great range offers and the willingness to communicate with competitor offers. As well as the regularly held workshops and manufacturer days where representatives from e.g. Roco or Piko are available to answer questions. ? What I don't particularly like, but in no way diminishes my affection for this great company, is the online shop; In my opinion, there is a little lack of filter options here. Personally, I like to plan my shopping visits in advance (I don't like to order with waiting time) and I miss the quick selection "in stock / not in stock" e.g. "Trees / Bushes-H0-Stocked" Then look for the appropriate and can, if necessary, search for desires in the next product categories. However, if I first have to look for green traffic lights and scroll through the pages of the displayed trees, it is time consuming. (especially with mobile devices). Long story short; I like to visit the "Modellbahn Zentrale" store on a regular basis and, thanks to its expertise and commitment in the industry, has won two more regular customers!
