★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Zimmer, geräumig, grosser Balkon, weiter Blick. Frühstück sehr gut, Qualität von Brot, Käse, etc. ebenfalls sehr gut. Frisch und nicht aus der Fabrik. So sollte ein gutes Frühstück sein. Personal und Leitung freundlich und zuvorkommend.
 Very nice rooms, spacious, large balcony, wide view. Breakfast very good, quality of bread, cheese, etc. also very good. Fresh and not from the factory. This is how a good breakfast should be. Staff and management friendly and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the owner of this hotel is racist.. i personally experience this myself and we had been traveling all over the world.. although the staff might be nice to compensate for his rudeness and racism.. i would not recommend this hotel no matter how cheap nor how nice it is.. besides he was asking for cash to which my husband has to walk and get the cash and he over price us so we just leave the premisses and found a much better hotel nearby with nice people.. if he represent his country i would not dare recommend his place to any one but austrian always takes care of its own first.. tourist last.. sad that racism still exist and he is one of them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is outdated needs renovation. Staff didn't spoke English. If you want to stay for 1 or 2 days than this ok. As well the price is not that expensive for Austria hotel or in this case is more like hostel. But truly look for another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Few steps from cross country skiing track and rodelbahn.. Negative: Very cold room. Took two days and reminders to improve. We had to sleep in extra clothing. Sauna temperature quite low..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We had a really good time at Moser’s Hotel. It’s in a great location near the town centre and you easily get to Pertisau and Achenkirch with the Bus. Skilift to Rofangebirge only a few minutes walk away. Cross country skiing is all around Maurach, so basically on your doorstep. The breakfast was great and the staff friendly and super helpful. The room had a huge balcony and a modern bathroom. Everything was very clean as well.. Negative: For us it wasn’t a problem as the ‘technology’ break from emails was welcome, but the WiFi in the room was virtually non existent and when you did get a signal the strength of service wasn’t great. There is WiFi in the lobby though..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The hotel is so nice, in traditional Tirol's style. The location is very comfortable. The bus stop for the free local bus, which can drive you around the lake and to the nearest towns, is near the hotel. Tickets for this bus you can take on the reception. The personal is very friendly and kindly help you in any questions. The breakfasts were perfect. We would recommend it to our friends for sure..
