R	Roland Helemann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer die "Spielregeln" vom Theo beherzigt, der kann hier so gut essen, wie nirgends auf der Riesner. Alles hausgemacht und so wie´s schmecken soll. Einfach die Verbotsschilder beachten und den Laissez-Faire Erziehungsstil mal ruhen lassen, dann kann man die Hütte und Gegend echt gut genießen. Ist auf jeden Fall immer interessant und man hat was zu lachen... wir sind gerne beim Theo Those who follow Theo's "rules" can eat better here than anywhere else on the Riesner. Everything is homemade and the way it should taste. Simply observe the prohibition signs and let the laissez-faire upbringing style rest, then you can really enjoy the hut and the area. In any case, it's always interesting and there's always something to laugh about... we like going to Theo's
K	KAL EL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bis jetzt hat uns Donnersbachwald sehr gut gefallen. Nun haben wir leider diese Erfahrung machen müssen. Wenn man im Internet etwas herum schaut, kommt man immer auf das selbe Ergebnis. Der Wirt beschimpft die Leute auf das Übelste. Sind in der Gruppe raufgegangen. Natur war sehr schön. Angekommen, haben wir nach 2 mal bestellen nach ca. 50 min unsere Getränke bekommen, wir haben uns die Zeit vertrieben, dachten naja kann schon mal passieren. Ausser heiße Luft kommt da nicht viel von den handelnden Personen. Nach weiteren 1,5 h ham wir dann unser Essen bekommen... warum wir solange gewartet haben? Wir wollten schon gehen, doch dann wurden wir beschwichtigt. Andere Gäste mit kleinen Kindern wurden komplett ignoriert, bis diese wieder gegangen sind. Essen war nicht schlecht, nur bei der vorweg bezahlten Rodelausleihe ist der Wirt dann komplett ausgezuckt und hat uns beschimpft, was wir keinem Menschen wünschen. Eine Schande für den Ruf der steirischen Gastwirtschaft. So jemanden gehört die Konzession entzogen. So far we liked Donnersbachwald very much. Now, unfortunately, we have had this experience. If you look around on the internet, you always get the same result. The landlord insults the people in the worst possible way. We went up in the group. Nature was very beautiful. Arrived, after ordering 2 times, we got our drinks after approx. 50 minutes, we passed the time, thought well it could happen. Apart from hot air, not much comes from the people involved. After another 1.5 hours we got our food ... why did we wait so long? We were about to leave, but then we were appeased. Other guests with small children were completely ignored until they left. The food wasn't bad, only when the toboggan rental was paid for in advance the landlord flinched and insulted us, which we don't want anyone to do. A shame for the reputation of the Styrian inn. Somebody like that had their license revoked.
P	PS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich freche Bedienung. Sauberen trockenen Rucksack auf dem Stuhl gehabt und auf so eine Freche Art weggenommen. Wollte uns gleich rausschmeißen. Nie wieder! Incredibly rude service. Had a clean, dry backpack on the chair and took it away in such a cheeky way. Wanted to kick us out right away. Never again!

Eventuell für Masochisten ein Geheimtipp. Der Wirt Theo macht seinem Ruf alle Ehre, wir waren drauf vorbereitet. Am besten die Skischuh draußen ausziehen und die überzogene Rechnung kontrollieren. Kann nur jedem abraten diesen Ort zu besuchen. Unsurpassed in rudeness. Absolutely unsuitable for families. Possibly an insider tip for masochists. The landlord Theo lives up to his reputation, we were prepared for it. It is best to take off your ski boots outside and check the excessive bill. Can only advise everyone to visit this place.
