The girls in the shop were absolutely unintersted to offer any help, engage in a polite welcome/goodbye, “can I help you with anything” conversation and even by the cashregister they were with their backs turned to us and talking to each other. I also had to wait for them to finish talking, so I could draw their attention and pay. We were at the shop twice today and bought things both times. Same staff, same attitude. There were also clothes lying on the floor upstairs from our first visit (from an hour before). It is such a pity. The shop has rally great items otherwise, good prices and is very cosy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented and tried several, and bought the Jones Twin Sister, which was actually recommended by the staff and ended up being the best match. Got a good deal on it too.
Never got a weird look or a patronizing vibe no matter what we asked for.
It can be busy sometimes, but there is a good reason for it. They never tried to rush us out, answered all the questions and genuinely tried to help. Go get a glass of draught Stiegl and come back a bit later ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After years of renting I decided to buy my own gear. Board, boots, bindings, helmet and glasses. On every aspect I've gotten great advice and received a board to try out on the slopes before buying, which made the decision a lot easier and natural. I can only speak from the view of a newbie and I would highly recommend this place if you're taking the step on buying a board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having cracked my board on the second day of our vacation, these guys helped me out! They did not try to sell me left overs but really tried to fit me with a good match . And they did a great job too! Love my new Burton. Friendly and very helpful shop!
