★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interior is an elegant setting for a romantic dinner, with discrete fire places separating different rooms. Good warm serving, nice and polite waiters with food being prepared rather fast.
Food is good, especially seafood pasta, (kids') chicken nuggets , Tyrolean Grostl, garlic soup
The place also has have a roof open terrace which is suitable for apres-ski drinks or a late night drink with friends. Electric heaters and prompt drinks will keep you warm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb late lunch. Left full and perfectly satisfied. Tomato soup with basilica croutons, capesante gratinate, knoblauch suppe for starters, vegetable risotto, pizza al crudo con rucola, lasagne al forno for main dish and chocolatte mousse for finish. Together with 2 coffees, 2 edelweiss bier and a soft drink 100€. Pleasant place and super friendly and polite personnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishes are of contemporary Italian, meticulously crafted to please both eyes and palate. We passed over the satisfying-but-safe pizzas/pastas as there are more exciting things to be had here. Tuna tartare and Beef Tartare whetted our appetites. Select from their extensive list of wines- the perfect bottle to accompany the heavenly main courses. Our soup/salad/main courses: Creamy Tomato Soup, Salad Bowl Al Salmone, Sea bass fillet, Tuna Steak(grilled to perfection) and Mixed Grill - splendid. We were extremely pleased with the service, food and inviting ambiance, that we returned for our Christmas Eve dinner. Do not leave without flipping through their Süss Bible aka the Dessert Bible. It is decadently to-die-for, notably their ice cream and Panna Cotta. We left with full bellies and happy hearts on both occasions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This should be a 6star place (pizza crust and pizza and service). I hardly give 5 stars, however this pizza crust is one of the best I ever had, the eggs, flower or whatever the secret is, it was fantastic. Service friendly attentive and considered.
If you like to enjoy local fresh water, order 'gletscher wasser' (glacier water), the best. If you like some addl' spices you get a huge selection of different oils, spices etc.
The desserts were greatly presented. Little too sweet for my flavor desire.
