Dennoch, wenn man es mit dieser Firma zu tun hat, hat man leider wenig zu lachen. Unkooperativ, unfähig, unseriös und verlogen! Ich bin froh, dass ich es mit denen nicht mehr zu tun haben muss und sage: „ ones and never again!“ The appropriate description for this property management is hidden in the name. You just have to think away the first four letters and you've got it! Still, when you're dealing with this company, you do not have much to laugh about. Uncooperative, incapable, frivolous and false! I'm glad I do not have to deal with them anymore and say "ones and never again!"

I had to apply for the repayment of the remaining amount of the deposit by registered letter after many phone calls where I was mendaciously assured that the money was already on its way to my account!

Der Kontakt war durchwegs unfreundlich und uns wurde zudem mehrmals versichert, dass die Überweisung schon gemacht wurde! Erst als unsere Ex-Vermieterin intervenierte bekamen wir unser Geld. We had to wait over 1 1/2 months to get the money back for a rent that was wrongly collected. The contact was consistently unfriendly and we were assured several times that the transfer had already been made! We only got our money when our ex-landlady intervened.
