Entrance to one, exit to the other gate. 3-4 ramps and if another truck is parked on one of them, it is impossible to get out at the exit gate. Unloading is the driver.

Nun habe ich post von einem Inkassobüro erhalten und zahle fast 3x so viel als das Buch gekostet hat! Durch private Turbulenzen, war ich der Meinung, dass ich die Rechnung längst beglichen habe! Ich bekomme zwar, per Mail, Buchempfehlungen aber für eine Zahlungserinnerung, auch nicht per Post, hat es einfach nicht gereicht! Bewertung einer durch Krisen geschüttelte, enttäuschte EX-Kundin! The delivery went flawlessly and quickly! But what makes me very sad is that I never received a payment reminder! Now I have received mail from a debt collection agency and am paying almost three times as much as the book cost! Due to private turbulence, I was of the opinion that I had long since paid the bill! I get book recommendations by email, but for a payment reminder, not even by post, it just wasn't enough! Rating of a disappointed EX customer who was shaken by a crisis!

Jetzt erhalte ich - ohne vorheriger Mahnung - ein Schreiben vom Inkassobüro! Ich soll mehr als den doppelten Betrag bezahlen! Das ist alles andere als kundenfreundlich! Kein Wunder, dass die Leute lieber bei Amazon bestellen!! I will NEVER buy anything from you again !!! I've bought a lot of books in the past few months and apparently overlooked an invoice. Now I receive a letter from the debt collection agency - without a previous reminder! I'm supposed to pay more than double the amount! That is anything but customer-friendly! No wonder people prefer to order from Amazon !!
