Aber das war es schon wieder. Kein Kostenvoranschlag bekommen, und keine Reaktion wenn man sich meldet. Anscheinend ist man dort nicht an klein Intressenten interessiert. Absolute cheek !!! Appointment agreed and inspection is also well done, the lord was very nice and competent. But that was it again. No cost estimate, and no response if you call. Apparently, one is not interested in small ones.

Fenus Transporte hatte großes Verständnis a) keine Stornogebühr b) als wir unerwartet ein Zeitfenster bekamen hat alles kurzfristig zu 100% geklappt! Ein großes Danke auch von unserer Mutter! ... especially at this time (pandemic) it was very difficult for our mother to move the old people's home. Cancellations, postponements, etc. Fenus Transporte had great understanding a) no cancellation fee b) when we were unexpectedly given a time slot, everything worked 100% at short notice! A big thank you from our mother too!

Antiker Schrank musste über Balkon übersiedelt werden, weil das Stiegenhaus zu eng ist. Perfekt und ohne Kratzer erledigt! Kostenvoranschlag weit über Lockvogelangeboten aus dem Internet jedoch jeden Cent WERT!! Das sind Profis die ihren Preis haben der auch mehr als gerechtfertigt ist! We booked an appointment at certain time on Thursday 19th for relocation costs estimation - nobody came and nobody informed me what was wrong. Highly negative experience. Use other reliable companies in Vienna - these guys are just amateurs.
