Habe mich für eine Jacke entschieden, wollte zahlen und auf einmal verlangten Sie 100€ mehr als sie auf dem Etikett abgeschrieben war! Kein Entgegenkommen ... Nichts! Die Bedienung war bei der Anprobe sehr nett, nur hilft das auch herzlichst wenig wenn man dann beim Preis komplett verarscht wird. Unbelievable, I have never experienced such a frivolous thing. I decided to buy a jacket, wanted to pay and all of a sudden you asked for 100 € more than it was written on the label! No accommodation ... nothing! The service was very nice at the fitting, only that helps a sincerely little if you then completely ripped off the price.

Very friendly and great! Small but nice! There you can still get advice, but where else you only get that department store feeling. The store can always be recommended by Moncler ....

Nach langem warten sind wir dann endlich dran gekommen, mit uns war noch ein Ehepaar drinnen, um die hatte sich eine blonde Dame gekümmert. Ich möchte nur fragen, wie man so unfreundlich sein kann, die andere Verkäuferin 'hetzen' dass noch andere Kunden vor der Tür warten und sie sich beeilen solle. Eine Frechheit. Ich wollte, an diesem Tag eine neue Jacke kaufen, aber da dachte ich mir nur, Nein. Die schwarzhaarige Dame war so eine nette wirklich. Ich habe nur meine 2 Hauben gekauft, und wollte nur raus aus diesem Laden, weil ich schon so wütend war auf die andere Dame, sowas geht wirklich gar nicht. So neben Kunden zu reden die mehrere Tausende von Euros dort lassen. Hätte mich gerne persönlich beschwert, aber lieber geh ich in einen anderen Moncler Geschäft wo man herzlichst willkommen ist, und freundlich ist! We waited outside the store for about 1 hour in November, it was a rainy day. After a long wait, we finally got our turn, there was a married couple inside with us, a blonde lady had taken care of them. I just want to ask how you can be so unfriendly, 'rush' the other saleswoman that there are other customers waiting in front of the door and that she should hurry up. An impudence. I wanted to buy a new jacket that day, but I just thought, no. The black-haired lady was such a nice really. I only bought my 2 hoods and just wanted to get out of this shop because I was so angry with the other lady, it really doesn't work. So talking next to customers who leave several thousands of euros there. I would have liked to complain personally, but I'd rather go to another Moncler store where you are warmly welcomed and friendly!
