★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe in den letzten Monaten fünf Möbelstücke beim Mömax gekauft und bei jedem der Aufträge ging etwas schief. Ein Kasten wurde falsch geliefert, ein Regal und ein Sofa kamen kaputt an, bei einem Gaderobenset wurde ein falscher Schrank mitgeliefert. Und bei einer Wohnwand ein falscher Teil. Inkompetenz scheint dort an der Tagesordnung zu stehen. Sehr enttäuschend.
Have bought 5 pieces of furniture from Mömax in the last few months and something has gone wrong with each of the orders. A box was delivered incorrectly, a shelf and a sofa arrived broken, a wardrobe set was delivered with the wrong cupboard. And in the case of a wall unit, a wrong part. Incompetence seems to be the order of the day there. Very disappointing.
