Nachdem ich am Abend wieder hingegangen bin, habe ich das gleiche Ladegeräte wieder erhalten. Daheim angekommen und probiert, hat das Ladegerät wieder nicht funktioniert. Somit bin ich am nächsten Tag wieder hingefahren und hab ein günstigeres Ladegerät erhalten - die Differenz wurde vergessen und daher musste ich wieder retour zum Laden und hab einen Gutschein erhalten. Auch dieses Ladegerät hat nicht funktioniert und somit bin ich zum letzten Mal hin und verlangte das Geld zurück! Also Leute kauft dort keine Ladegeräte - auch wenn sie behaupteten, es seine die Originalen - stimmt nicht! I bought a charger for EUR 40.00 - it didn't work. After I went back in the evening, I received the same charger again. When I got home and tried it, the charger didn't work again. So I went back the next day and got a cheaper charger - the difference was forgotten and so I had to go back to the shop and received a voucher. This charger did not work either, so I went there for the last time and asked for the money back! So people don't buy chargers there - even if they claim it's the originals - not true!
O	Olga Daneliuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service geblieben! Zuerst sehr netter Mitarbeiter konnte ganz ruhig mit meiner schlechten Laune umgehen. Dann durfte ich mein Handy innerhalb von 2 Stunden nach dem Screen astausch schon abholen. I stayed very happy with the service! At first very nice employee was able to deal with my bad mood very calmly. Then I was allowed to pick up my cell phone within 2 hours of replacing the screen.
E	Emir Imamovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe „0“ Sterne abzugeben, würde ich es machen! Ich habe AirPods gekauft und wollte sie verschenken. Am nächsten Tag hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Person diese schon zwischenzeitlich erworben hat. Deswegen wollte ich sie zurückgeben und den Kaufpreis in bar erstattet haben. Das wurde abgelehnt und eine Gutschrift angeboten. Es gibt leider keine gesetzliche Grundlage diesbezüglich, aber bei seriösen Geschäften ist das kein Problem. Nachdem ich erläutert habe, dass ich nichts entsprechendes finden kann und ich doch lieber das Geld zurück haben wollte, hat der Verkäufer gesagt, dass er mir also einen Tag später, für die Originalverschweissten Kopfhörer, statt dem Kaufpreis von 229€, nur 200€ zurückgeben würde. Das ist total unprofessionell und ich würde Niemanden empfehlen diesen Laden zu betreten! If there was the possibility to give "0" stars, I would do it! I bought AirPods and wanted to give them away. The next day it turned out that the person had already acquired it in the meantime. That's why I wanted to return it and have the purchase price refunded in cash. That was declined and a credit was offered. Unfortunately, there is no legal basis in this regard, but this is not a problem with reputable businesses. After I explained that I couldn't find anything suitable and I wanted the money back, the seller said that one day later, instead of the purchase price of 229 €, he would only give me back € 200 for the original sealed headphones would. This is totally unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone entering this place!

Letztens huawei Kopfhörer auf zeitmangel dort gekauft, waren direkt kaputt.. Bezweifeln das die original waren! The prices for headphones and accessories are more than twice as high as at the mediamarkt! You can understand a bit of a premium, but 130% is pretty cheeky! Recently bought huawei headphones there because of a lack of time, were directly broken .. doubt that the original ones were!
P	Pera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte Beratung von der Verkäuferin die kein Intersse am Verkauf zeigt nur am Handy schaut und bei einer Frage in die Glaskugel schaut. Es wirkt so das man bei einer Lehrlingsausbildungsstelle einkaufen geht. NIE WIEDER!!! Very bad advice from the saleswoman who shows no interest in the sale, only looks at her cell phone and looks into the crystal ball when she has a question. It looks like you go shopping at an apprenticeship training place. NEVER AGAIN!!!
