Besonders gut wurde ich vom Verkäufer Hr.Krügl beraten .
Durch seine Kompetenz und seine freundliche Art fühlte ich mich sehr wohl .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte einmal ein großes Lob an den Kundenservice von Möbelix richten. Man bekommt innerhalb der Werkzeot wirklich rasch eine konkrete Antwort via Mail. Das ist leider nicht mehr überall selbstverständlich. Deshalb ist es umso erfreulicher, dass Möbelix den alten Werten der Kundenzufriedenheit noch treu geblieben ist.
I would like to say a big compliment to Möbelix's customer service. You get a concrete answer via email really quickly within the working time. Unfortunately, this is no longer a matter of course everywhere. It is therefore all the more gratifying that Möbelix has remained true to the old values of customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: heute hat sich Frau Unger, Filialleiterin und sehr freundlich und bemüht, gemeldet, die Trümmer wurden gegen ein hoffentlich lang funktionierende Maschine gleicher Art getauscht.
Leider hat der Kundendienst völlig versagt, deshalb ein Stern weniger für unzählige Telefonate und E-Mail, wobei wir zeitweise trotz Garantie sehr sehr unhöflich behandelt wurden.
Vorgeschichte:
Ich nehme meine gute Bewertung zurück.
Vor 15 Monaten eine Waschmaschine online reserviert, selbst nach dem Bezahlen vor Ort abgeholt, ordnungsgemäß angeschlossen, alle Leitungen im, Kleinteile immer im Netz gewaschen.
Gestern hob die Maschine ab und hinterließ einen Trümmerhaufen. Beim Kundendienst desHerstellers würde ich abgewimmelt. Also mit dem Trümmern im Kofferraum in die Filiale. Ich soll beim Kundendienst anrufen. Have ich schon Solange ich nicht die Online Buchung vorlege ( Originalrechnung und Papiere hatte ich mit ) geht nichts. Das selbe beim Kundendienst per Telefon. Auch per E-Mail werde ich nur hingehalten. Niemand tut irgendetwas. Abgesehen von den Schaden, keiner Waschmaschine, Fahrten und Zeitaufwand, bleibt nur der Weg über den Anwalt
Also nur kaufen, gehen und ja keine Ware mit Problemen haben!!!!
Update: Ms. Unger, branch manager and very friendly and eager, reported today that the debris was exchanged for a hopefully long-functioning machine of the same type.
Unfortunately, the customer service failed completely, therefore one star less for countless phone calls and e-mails, whereby we were treated very, very rude at times despite the guarantee.
Prehistory:
I take back my good rating.
Reserved a washing machine online 15 months ago, picked it up on site even after paying, properly connected, all cables connected, small parts always washed online.
Yesterday the machine took off and left a heap of rubble. I would get rid of the manufacturer's customer service. So with the rubble in the trunk to the branch. I'm supposed to call customer service. Have I? As long as I do not present the online booking (I had the original invoice and papers with me), nothing works. The same with customer service over the phone. I am also just held up by e-mail. Nobody does anything. Apart from the damage, no washing machine, journeys and time expenditure, the only way left is through the lawyer
So just buy, go and have no problems with goods !!!!
