Was mir aber überhaupt nicht gefällt ist die Preisauszeichnung zwischen dem Internetauftritt und dem tatsächlichen Preis im Markt. Als Beispiel habe ich für eine Dose Lack den Preis von 14,99 im Internet festgestellt, aber im Markt verlangte man am gleichen Tag dann plötzlich 16,99 Euro. Ich empfinde diese Vorgehensweise als Täuschung am Kunden. Eine Anfrage bei Hagebau blieb bisher unbeantwortet. So kann man nicht mit Kunden umgehen. So far I have been very enthusiastic about the customer-friendly demeanor of the staff. But what I don't like at all is the price display between the website and the actual price in the market. As an example, I found the price of 14.99 euros for a can of paint on the Internet, but the market suddenly asked for 16.99 euros on the same day. I consider this approach to be a deception for the customer. A request to Hagebau has so far remained unanswered. That's not how you deal with customers.

Bei meinem Aufenthalt (ca. 45 Min) wurde ich bestimmt 5 - 6 mal angesprochen, ob ich Hilfe brauche oder Fragen habe. In der Abteilung für Fliesen/Steinzeug wurde ich sehr fachmännisch und freundlich beraten. War sehr positiv beeindruckt - und kann den Markt nur weiterempfehlen! In the tile / stoneware department I received very professional and friendly advice. Was very positively impressed - and can only recommend the market!

Leider kein vernünftiges Online-System, es ist dadurch schwierig, sich ein Bild der tatsächlich lagernden Produkte zu machen - Hinfahren oder anrufen ist quasi Pflicht. Great market with an outstanding selection, friendly and competent staff, prices with the Hagebau Card are quite competitive. Because we were remodeling our house, we went to Gralla with Mr. Kubilun, first by accident and then on purpose. Competent, friendly, helpful - that's how you win regular customers.
