Beim Umtausch keine Hilfe nur blöde Sprüche .Dann hatten sie nur mehr das Ausstellungsstück und da war auch eine Delle und der Verkäufer sagt das ist normal. Niemehr Danke Are very rude and no help to be expected. The washing machine I bought was broken and dented. When exchanging no help only stupid sayings. Then they had only the exhibit and there was a dent and the seller says that's normal. No thanks

Die sehr kompetente Verkäuferin zeigte uns verschiedene Geräte, wies auf Aktionen hin, und informierte uns auch über die zur Zeit des Einkaufs geltende Miele Rabattaktion. Letztendlich wurde es ein Miele Gerät, welches man uns dankenswerter Weise auch noch verladen half, da für meine Frau und mich zu schwer. Ein perfektes Rundum Paket, welches zufriedene, wiederkehrende Kunden hinterlässt. A new freezer was needed. Informed online in advance about products in stock, so off to the market. The very competent saleswoman showed us various devices, pointed out promotions and also informed us about the Miele discount campaign that was valid at the time of the purchase. In the end it was a Miele appliance, which we were thankfully helped to load because it was too heavy for my wife and me. A perfect all-round package for satisfied, returning customers leaves behind.

Bad advice, bad staff I then bought the same washing machine on Amazon, it was €80 cheaper and it was delivered directly to the bathroom ??
