★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MMag. Johannes Pfeifer vertrat mich in einem baurechtlichen Verfahren. Wir waren in diesem Fall Grundstücksnachbarn eines Baumeisters, welcher im ehemaligen Naturschutzgebiet Mehrfamilienhäuser bauen wollte. Zuvor versuchte ich mich von mehreren anderen Anwälten beraten zu lassen. Doch diese sahen in dieser Sache keine Chance für mich. MMag. Pfeifer nahm sich dieser an, stand mir beratend zur Seite und vertrat mich als Partei beim Landesverwaltungsgericht in Graz. Dank der fachlichen Kompetenz von MMag. Pfeifer und seiner Einwände (subjektive Nachbarrechte) beim Verfahren, wurde der Beschwerde Recht gegeben und der Baumeister musste sein Bauvorhaben zurückziehen.
Aus diesem Grund kann ich MMag. Pfeifer nur empfehlen.
MMag. Johannes Pfeifer represented me in a building law proceeding. In this case, we were neighbors on the property of a master builder who wanted to build apartment buildings in the former nature reserve. Before that, I tried to seek advice from several other lawyers. But they saw no chance for me in this matter. MMag. Pfeifer took on this, stood by my side in an advisory capacity and represented me as a party at the regional administrative court in Graz. Thanks to the technical competence of MMag. Pfeifer and his objections (subjective neighbor rights) during the procedure, the complaint was given right and the builder had to withdraw his construction project.
For this reason I can MMag. Recommend Pfeifer only.
