Bei Auskunft/Beratung werden nur nötigste Informationen herausgegeben, abgesehen davon das man lange auf eine Antwort warten muss oder Anforderungen ignoriert werden. Schreibfehler in Anwaltsschreiben, etc. sind nicht sehr professionell.
